  1. The rag heads have hunted the deserts to emptyness and 99.9% of those runs are with dropped game, load of old shite all of it if you ask me and i'd rather watch paint dry..
  2. I sort of was questioning you about deer as a species rather than as one type of quarry as there's a world of difference in what you run against what quarry deer wise,i was being a tad pedantic that's all ..
  3. I can see a field from my house that holds a dozen most days but last week just before day break we looked in one field with the thermal on the shoot that held 45,the field is about 5 footy pitches big.
  4. Was on holiday down that way last year and that statue is one ugly fecking revolting thing mate.. As for one quarry, chinese water deer on flooded water meadows, beats the turns of coursing hands down and tastes so much better than a hare.Has to be on flooded water meadows as on drilled fields any old pot licker can catch them but it ain't over till it's over with a chink on wet ground with a dog up it's arse and many a "it's dead that is" phrase has been lost in the dark as the dog returned empty mouthed...
  5. Cocks get a redish tinge to their breast's after their first adult moult,to find out in captivity you pluck a few feathers from a youngsters breast and colour feed them and the cocks will come through redish. You see them in full mating plumage Gilbey ..
  6. Lamping rats, proper good fun eh lads .....Cracking pics and a cracking thread, well done indeed...
  7. Or it's done because the jews run the place and it's a dark power hold over american manhood, that's why most white yanks are done. The hispanics and other christian imports and the black folks and their witch craft tend not to have it done as the dark power can't reach them..
  8. I had a set of old farm buildings and a field that had some sheep in it that i ratted a few years back and the farmer fed the sheep with piles of carrots and turnips which he dumped in piles around the field. We had some grand sport lamping the rats across the field with the terriers when they went to the piles to feed,in fact lamping rats with terriers is better fun than lamping bunnies with lurchers imo..
  9. Really??,wow i myself just thought those bunnies have funny sticky up legs..
  10. Your pal sounds a proper fella and sorry for your loss,it ain't ever easy for sure..
  11. Shame they can't move them half chicken term as such so you can get in there and keep a bit of control but i take it your only allowed once the sheds been moved and the damage on food stuff etc has already been done as such, still i hope they still give you and the terriers a good day.
  12. It was about 2 pints when i was a youth....
  13. Contractors spoil a lot of sport for sure and that's a shame as those chook sheds have always looked a good thing to get in on,still very good numbers and you need more than pot lickers to catch them as well.Nice one for the reply FD and hope the poison man finds something better to do with his life.....
  14. 19000 rats?, pics of dogs with bite marks or your full of shit ...But how long to reach that FD as we did 4000 over a winter 3 years ago at a pig farm just going on a friday night and that place was crawling with them..
  15. My lurcher caught it's first rabbit for 2 years the other week and that's the honest truth , anyone else with a write up to match those of Mim or Jicky or who ever they are today ....
  16. If your helping out others then the good work continues and it's lads like you that will carry it forward for the good of the hobby ,yeah Bullies an emotional bird for sure but of all the chicks in a nest iv'e had the privlage to see in my aviaries a nest of bullies takes some beating. The very best of luck for your season and remember we love a few pics ..
  17. It tells you in the report just where it was caught, but it also tells you he caught it by accident while fishing for general estuary fish....But every year a few are taken from the Orwell,it's not a bad river as it goes for most things all the way down to where it meets the sea at the island..
  18. "Yeah but if they didn't do that we wouldn't get veal", is a reply i gave to a group of vegans once that got me in a brilliant row in a town centre once on one of those anti tables with a few fcukwits stood behind it..
  19. Nice one and job done with me helping a little bit getting you going as such and cracking to hear mate,i might just take you up on the offer the end of summer as iv'e had a mare with a rat attack on my aviary and i lost a pair of chaffies, goldies all my mules and all the 7 coloured redpolls i bred last year.I just have 1 cinny cock redpoll and 2 isobel redpoll hens so i should get something out of them this year but a total rebuild is happening and it's a bit of a start from scratch again this year. But such is life with livestock it's good when it's good but it only takes a bad moment to put y
  20. All cars will be electric with a small petrol engine as a generator in the future, the only thing stopping them being completely electric is in other countries some roads are just roads for hundreds and hundreds of miles and no battery will last that long. The roads would just stopped being used and as for derv engines they are engines ment to run on oil so there'll just use veggie oil instead of fossil fuel oil..
  21. Don't bother with Norfolk or Suffolk, cod haven't shown up in any numbers or size the last 2 years and the summer your'll get better smoothound and bass fishing along the southern coast.I have unlimeted access to a boat and we just don't bother going out in it come winter..
  22. On line fishing reports (google suffolk fishing reports and it's the first link) topic heading Ipswich orwell river, the first sea trout of the year was caught by rod this week..Now don't say i don't tell you nothing....
  23. The synolux one iv'e found don't help at all,in fact iv'e a few tubes left of it and i'll not be using it any more although other brands iv'e used iv'e never had an issue with.Had a terrier take some stick before xmas and used manuca honey on him (advised by the vet) and my god i could see a difference every day in them closing up and a jar permanantly sits in my dog first aid kit..
  24. Some dogs just do rob,my russell does every now and again even though all is done he'll just get pussy on a few cuts even though i know iv'e cleaned them out where as my plummer never ever has had a gammy wound and she's been bitten in pig shit, cow shit, chicken shit, duck shit you name it shit and never have i had a problem with her..One thing that is worth saying is if some folks are worried about taking a knocked up dog to the vets just remember fox control is legal with terriers and although the vet may not like it it's his tough shit to deal with it morally,i use a livestock vet who happens
