Yep I did a bit intermittent last week , got a sauna and pool in hotel ATM so easier to head back to room and crash although I normally break fast with a McDonald's breakfast lol. And there's only a burger van on the site, only a temp job hopefully find something else shortly and get a bit organised on nutrition. Probably go keto with a bit of fasting.

What's your main staple regards meat Tomo? You avoiding processed? Main difference? Think I'd struggle working away on site in winter, but something I might try for a month in summer...I'd miss veg and nuts eggs , I wouldn't miss simple carbs,

Have any of you guys done much fasting? I've only done about 44 hours, but the real benefits come after 70 hrs, body sheds dead damaged cells and once you begin eating again new cells bloom organs swell and basically regen. Couple of vids..

I agree in regards to Israel Palestine (prior to last incident), but if you're talking about which is the lesser evil , I'll take the Jews all day, not blowing themselves up all over Europe , stabbing people enforcing sharia law on British streets , controlling freedom of speech etc etc. I just don't like islam at all , I guess it doesn't help that the worst of them are often British in passport.

A mate of mine buys from auction, he tends to buy non runners ex police stuff think you got to have a grand down to bid. I nearly bought off there but got outbid as he gave me a limit as it was a box standard motor and they'd put it back in civvy state badly with sealant lol. They also put vehicles through with major engine problems after they've squashed the front with a digger bucket and call it accident damaged. So there are pitfalls. Bill burr is great , saw chappelle on netflix he's okay. Outtakes are good for a laugh some of the Ricky Gervais stuff when they're trying to keep a straight face. I don't rate sugura or Rogan , kreishner is okay. I didn't mind the Tommy Irish guy someone posted a while back . For me bill burr on a rant takes some beating.

My mate flash fried some we'd shot tough as old boots as said, seen a guy on meateater deep frying with a batter... Also his kid told the teacher about drey shooting and cooking them for dinner she pulled him aside on parents evening and said his son was making up stories , he was like nope that's what we do shoot stuff and eat it lol ..
