Mate , I’ve had pure Salukis and crosses, and most other types. Ive no out and out favourites, but I have a soft spot for Salukis, whippets and deerhound crosses. I don’t care for collie crosses or bull crosses, yes, I know there are good ones, but I just don’t care for them. Mick is very breed blind, of course, as I’ve said many times, the coursing bred is without doubt the best day time hare dog there is, but that doesn’t mean it suits everyone. Ive travelled the world to work and see dogs, and I’m looking forward to my Ireland trip, where the lads have said I’ll see hounds

Then a hop over to N.I. should be no bother , c’mon mate, I drove from Newcastle to Wales, got the ferry to Dublin, drove another 200 miles to county offaly with two dogs in the motor , 800 miles round trip not even counting the ferry crossings. Let the Irish lads see a world beater ! Cheers.

I talk to Max almost daily and he hasn’t mentioned taking a greyhound down to mC’s. I don’t think he has any greyhounds now, only lurchers but I may be mistaken . Cheers.

When I was in the market for a pup some years ago, a top coursing man, who is still a regular poster on here, offered me one of the two pups he kept back for free. I won’t embarrass him by naming him. Some men are genuine and not in it for the money…… Cheers.

I won’t be buying any pups in Ireland, friends don’t charge; friends recognise good dog men and gift pups ! What is wrong with my statement you quoted ? You said the Americans didn’t use “bunker buster” bombs when they clearly did on two of the three sites. I haven’t a clue what you are on about. Russia claimed they would take Kiev in three days….its almost three years now .
