Yeah, customers are a pain, couple of years back I had an old woman called me on a Fri, said I'd be over on Monday for inspection/treatment, usual long chat about what to do in the meantime. She phoned again first thing Mon saying her son had been over and filled all the holes etc and what should she do now...I asked what her son did for a living, ......oh he's in IT..... I told her to get her IT son to do the job as he obviously knew more about Pest Control than me! I can bend quite a bit to accommodate clients but if they start tinkering/telling me how to do the job I'm gone!

As several others have suggested, couldn't' they have just tried somewhere else, seems they were determined to be offended. There seems a whole section of society out there at the moment in all sorts of areas that simply go out to be shocked/offended/upset and try and make something out of nothing!

JLR are in deep **** and they are Indian now! The car market goes up and down, any manufacturer that doesn't look after themselves and watch the market/economy/future is nuts. ..…...and Trump is going to be under fire for a long time yet!

Am I losing the plot, all sorts of additives are/can be used, but what exactly would be the purpose of Ouzo, other than the obvious!? ..……………………………………. Made me chuckle, I ran this though ieSpell spell checker before posting and it highlighted rickysdaystate giving an alternative of Castrated!

As already said, the time and effort and money spent on this by the authorities (ie the taxpayer) is totally absurd.

I think Glue boards have a place but they are usually pretty much my last resort. Rats can take time to get used to anything new, not sure what to suggest if you don't want to use rodenticides!

I find the spray type foggers work best, the cluster busters can have a use, to be honest never used an EFK. Can't help thinking they are still going to be clearing them up round the house for a while even with an EFK in place!

I hear this all the time, why???? Loads of jobs have children and pets, what wrong with species specific tamper proof boxes for either traps or baits? I admire the ingenuity but I have never found the need. Cheers

Beginning to wonder a bit, its a ratings game today, its all commercial, each wants to outdo the other, as the old saying, "don't let the truth get in the way of a good story!"

We don't have a free press in the UK anyway, the press rely on leads, tips, hints, etc from the authorities and various other bodies. This comes with certain strings of playing the game, if they stray outside the rules they get left out of the inside information. It tends to work reasonably well, and most of what we hear is at least based on some truth!

Not as such that I am aware. You had a nest to start with, so the original wasp thought it was a good place to make a nest, so will others. The fertilized females left that nest to hibernate and try and make it through the winter. Some of them may have not gone very far at all, so it is always possible one may make it back to the first nest site and start another nest.
