Cheers I have spoken to more pals in the business and other than carpet beetle and moth they are scratching their heads! I think I shall steer round this job!

Ok, I'm fine with the carpet beetle and moth, but.......... ...about 4-5 years back I treated a domestic for carpet beetle, job done, everyone happy. Just had a call from the client saying the problem is back and it is down to a bug that lives in Chestnut trees!!!!!!! They tell me their neighbour had the same problem and was told to cut down their Chestnut tree, which they did, and the problem stopped?????? Of course the neighbour doesn't remember what these bugs are called??? My client has 2 Chestnut tress and will never cut the them down. Is this a wind up, have I missed

As is so often the case this thread has widened out considerably. Apparently 99 ILLEGAL immigrants came across the channel on Christmas Day and are no doubt in a nice warm hotel somewhere now, having all their medical/clothing/food/etc needs taken care of for them at our expense. Whilst The Salvation Army is begging us to donate money to the BRITISH, homeless rough sleepers, in this county! Go figure!!!

As you may or may not have seen, Envu UK have released a press article announcing the withdrawal of Bendiocarb for the UK PCO market. We would firstly like to emphasise that the withdrawal date of January 2024 is for the production of product. It is believed that there will be a 180 day ‘Sell by’ window following this, making the product available to purchase until June 2024. I don't know the specific answer but it is a potential problem many of us will be facing in the future, as we end up lead free! Barrels/twists are built with current general ammo selections in mind, and as the lead free alternatives all seem to be lighter, who knows where we will end up!! -

I'm not disputing what you say, but Squirrel and rat droppings "can" be very similar. What's the outcome anyway, is the job done?

Lots of baits have a hole through the middle. There are only approved baits available in the UK, and most are in the region of .0025% strength, this was changed a few years back from .005%, bonkers in my view, that will only make immunity more likely. Anyway, main thing to remember is use plenty of bait, check regularly, and NEVER let it run out until job is done!

Drop in to see if they have the sound in synch with the mouth yet!!! Has its moments, obvious budget is tight, but it does chuck out some points worthy of consideration.

How do you get to be an EXPERT on Big Cats in the wild in the UK, seeing as we don't seem to have any....the obvious answer looking at that is........... you DON'T!

Tracks in the snow/frost can be very telling, but if any big cats are in the country I suspect they stayed in last night, I wish I had, hit a low of -11 where I was and I wished I hadn't gone out!

Come on, this is why the thread has ended up such a mess. You have tunnel vision and just so want to believe, any suggestion otherwise and off you go. I am more than prepared to believe there may be something out there, but this hasn't even begun to convince me.
