  1. I'd imagine it could be, it's a pretty unusual cross. One well known pig hunter over here had borzoi, I don't know if they were crosses but he shot the whole litter at 6 months because they weren't working good enough on pigs. The poor pups would be just getting their legs at that age. The bloke thinks he knows dogs but he's just a fckwit.
  2. I wonder why they ran all those pups on to that age.
  3. Does anyone know how many jills a vasectomized hob can service per season. I've ended up with two litters and not interested in breeding so I'm thinking of just keeping jills for working and getting one young male cut later, cheers.
  4. Looks like your average ice toking, petrol sniffing 12 year old indigenous brudda over here.
  5. The only truly dead game dog is a dead dog.
  6. Sorry about Pickle mate, she looked a beauty.

That's the way to do it. We have young country blokes now in $100 000 Landcruisers, they have to work 60 plus hours a week in the mines to afford it. Their young wives want a brand new house with high end furniture and appliances so they have to work too. The kids grow up in childcare, neither has time for the kids, the pets or the garden. I liked the old days, everyone had fck all but they had time for the family, for hunting and fishing and I believe they were a lot happier. Money and things don't make you happy, time to breathe does.

I grow my own fruit, veg, have chickens for eggs and meat plus a couple of bullock grass eaters which will be eaten some time. I grow my own smoko. I don't want much and have my cars for ten years plus. I don't have much money but I don't spend much. I've never been interested in wealth and being a slave to the system. Simple is good.
  9. Thay's my lurcher and two Parson russells lol.
  10. Sounds like she's going to be a champ mate ?.
  11. I've seen a puma in remote bush here in Oz. We were camping and cooking chops on a campfire at dusk. There was a tawny colored animal walking back and forth behind the fire in the scrub, we thought it was a dingo but as we got closer it was a big cat, not a feral. It took off but we didn't sleep well that night. You don't know what animals were released at times so I can't see how people find it unbelievable. My mate had a monkey he caught while shooting in the Central Tablelands and it was freezing conditions, so animals can adapt quickly.
  12. I reckon it's because the system is overun with sex crimes, maybe flood the courts with dogmen and they won't cope and back off maybe?
  13. Would you like this cnt, the noise that Ted The Turd makes for any reason makes me want to kill him daily. You can work him all morning, come home and it's the same. I'm hoping he will grow out of it, he's 6 lol. I get complaints from neighbors and I live on 25 acres, lol.
  14. If you had a choice downsouth between one of these and an English bull which would you choose
  15. I've been deterring the pup by giving her a beef bone when she starts grubbing for stones, after about four days I haven't seen her with a rock in her mouth so seems to be working. Just thought I'd put this up in case anyone has a pup doing this.
  16. What Socks said is the only other option, just let them get really hungry. They won't starve if there's rabbit offered.
  17. Apart from them being put there to forage as some said, anywhere there are domestic pigs there will be escapees. As Daniel cain said they turn feral very quickly and start to resemble wild boar with hair and bigger ivory.
  18. If they didn't get it when young they might not recognize it as food. Try mincing it with the beef or chicken mince until they get a taste for it.
  19. Well stay on this site, don't be drifting to vulgar ones, lol. If hair starts appearing on your palms disconnect your internet promptly. All the advice I can offer, sorry ?.
  20. That could be hunting related, spending too much time away from the mrs.
  21. It's good to see there are still numbers like that around.
  22. A bit far to go for the weekend for me, lol. We used to get up to 300 for a weekend in the Southern Tablelands NSW, be lucky to get 20 now in that area.
  23. With the lack of rabbits around these days maybe it's a good thing most young folk don't hunt, be nothing left for us, lol.
