Im a builder , done loads of stonework over the years . When I look at really old stonework I cant help but imagine in my minds eye what must have been there building that . I look at the old caps and large stones and can imagine them casually putting it on without even thinking so far into the future Worked at a old local pub and went up in the attic and it was stunningly old up there .

I couldn't keep a spaniel myself tony to full on for me but i admire what a good one does my labs go in rivers full of hazards and waves crashing round them sat quiet and motionless in freezing conditions for hours like you say dogs for jobs

Well am just chilling outside with some spuds on open drum fire. Resting the spuds some old bird wire. Haven't done this for years. Can't beat jacket spuds on an open fire. Some best butter and mature cheddar cheese. My lads biting at bit for one lol.

Just got back from a fabulous few days up in Cornwall, weather didn’t exactly play ball but we stuck at it and managed to get a few to the boat, amazing experience with these massive fish giving us some great sport and then meeting up with others passionate anglers from all around the world and having a good few beers at the end of each day, we managed to finish in 8th and in the prizes which we’re pretty chuffed about considering who we were up against, also met some great local chaps and we’re already making plans for our next adventures, tight lines
