JDHUNTING 1,817 Posted April 23, 2022 Report Share Posted April 23, 2022 I've not seen this mentioned much but I think a big part of putins reasoning to invade wasn't just nato membership etc I think he's scared of a country with such close ties to Russia turning to the west and becoming a success and the Russians being exposed to a different path. Ukraine has always been seen as peasant country in Russia it wouldn't suit to see them thrive and living conditions far better than in Russia. 2 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
