Get Clive to push every charge possible all the way mate, I'd be phoning papers and everything, all over facebook you name it, take them for everything

right here is the update i was charged by the rspca with 6 charges keeping 9 dogs for animal fighting being present at an animal fight causing an animal fight cruelty to a dog causing s

Just got conformation from the solicitor ect the warrant seems to have legality issues the dogs seized seems to be illegal have to wait 14 days for a response from the chief constable then its court a

can't understand why the dogs can,t be seen, if no charges have been made. Would a request to the police of a third party such as a independent vet to inspect the dogs be taken up by the police or has the rspca have the final word ? and if so then they must have more powers the the police !.and if that's the case then anyone who has a pet of any description should be worried

Have had a vet go out once already to examine the dogs there was 1 police officer and 2 rspca officers in attendance with him the vet found no fault with the dogs and could not understand why they had them i had arranged with them to see the remaining 8 dogs had an email from the rspca stating they will bring 4 dogs first them the following week the remaining 3 (Theres a dog missing some where or a clerical error on the side of the rspca )i saw 4 dogs out off the 4 dogs one lurcher of my sons had lost 1/3 off his body weight all his bones were sticking out i did complain to the Sargent that was present that they were neglecting the dog its all on video his reply was to take it up with the rspca i spoke to Clive and he contacted the rspca since then they has told him they do not have time at present for me to see the remaining dogs although i can get a vet to go and see them again which means they will still have to provide the same cover of people ie inspectors and police when he goes I no what the dogs should look like personal i think there hiding something else you cant force them to let you see your dogs with out taking them to court which could take months and great expense so ill make formal complaints tomorrow along with Clive about the wellbeing off the dogs in rspca care and see where we go from that

how the hell can the police say it not a matter for them when they are being used to deal with it in the first place by the rspca smacks of rules for some and not for others.

i never can get my head around the fact its the RSPCA and not the police who seem to call the shots when it comes to wildlife crime, the police are suppose to uphold the law not a charity, if you commit a crime against an act of law the police should arrest you, gather there evidence, pass it to the CPS if the CPS believe there is enough evidence for a conviction then it will put you before a court where a judge and or jury will decide if you are indeed guilty or not, where, how and why has the RSPCA been allowed to walk all over this and do as they please, we have police officers who specialise in wildlife crime why not domestic animal crime too??. an animal welfare charity should be just that and not a substitute for a lack of trained police officers. its time the RSPCA was reigned in and its core ethos put back on animal welfare not animal policing,

the only reason the assholespca get away with it is simple. Lazy useless untrained police forces who can't be bothered with all the paper work, so they take what a biased animal rights charity says as gospel all because of laziness

As the Lincolnshire police are investigating , might it not be a good idea for a Police dog handler to attend when You visit the dogs? they are based at the Lincolnshire Show Ground, Grange De Lings.

Hmmp!!! I would be raising that issue with the High Uppers, since the crime commited is only by the Arspca and not Your good selves , then surely its to be investigated, including the said Video? and since the arspca have no powers then.... ok i will at that............

Till we hear from Yous further all the very best!!

Bumped into a couple who live up the road from me tonight, they were walking a new lurcher ( they told me their old one had been put down)..

I asked where they had got it from and was told the greyhound rescue... Well at least it wasn't from the RSPCA, I said...

Their reply no way, that's a charity that have really lost their way....

Now these ate not hunters, just an old couple who like to keep a lurcher as a pet...

It's getting out there what a shower they are, i kniw this is just one nothing type story but it proves they aren't thought of as they once were ....

I hope you push them over the edge Dy.. Keep at it and good luck tomorrow

My name was Stella. The RSPCA took me away on Friday. I was 8 weeks pregnant at the time.

All because my owner did legitimate pest control. Just two days later on the Sunday I was dead ,skinned and in pieces.

The RSPCA report states i was torn to pieces and died a long agonizing death.

Did i deserve to die ?

Thank you RSPCA for your neglect and cruelty inflicted on my tiny body

Each year there are 100's of cases like mine swept under the carpet that you will never hear about

Curtsey of your caring RSPCA
