Go find a farm for rent in the arse end of no where pay the rent up front for a year and grow some weed while filling the place with dogs, chickens and all things good and fun (as a cover for your earn

I've got 13k saved and hope to be around 17k when I leave my ma's house, that gunna be my deposit for a house I think

land is a good stable investment but wont really make you any massive return to write home about in the short term. 20K may be able to get you a small chunk somewhere tucked away for a couple of acres, could turn into pony paddocks and rent it out separately.

As BH said cheap rental, as long as its not rented out to DSS as the DSS can be a nightmare to deal with as a landlord. Or at least if it is make sure you can get the social to pay you directly.

Or if you have a trade or a specialism invest in your own company (if you dont already work for yourself)

I wouldnt piss around with currency trading at all or anything like that. 95% of people who do loose out and the other 5% make a killing, without a background in it i would steer well clear and stick to something more tangible. It does seem tempting at first but trust me its easy to loose a hefty amount in a very short chunk of time! :icon_redface:

Auctions / warehouses / wholesales / joblots / markets

I'd be at them all, buying all cheap stock / end of line / flat pack furniture ect .... Have a word with your local auction place and set up your own auction once a fortnight or once a month ..... Have the auction in the afternoon / after 5 as people tend to work up till then.

And watch your penny's roll in ;)

Metal. Gold, silver, copper, etc

Coins made from the above. Not only do you have the metal content you also have the collectors value of the coin too. Mints will only issue so many a year.

Paper money is becoming increasingly worthless.

Coffee.....

It's more expensive than gold, diamonds, coke.........

Open a coffee shop and watch the money roll in..... £4.00 for some hot water and milk, with a tiny shot of coffee... the mark ups got to be 500% at least...

Plus no matter how many there are in any city ( there f***ing everywhere round here now).... everyone of them is full... mental..
