Not got any other hobbies as such now, only other apart from hunting I've had was golf, during a non hunting few years.......it became quite addictive(I have a mild addictive personality). But the more I walked around the courses, often lined with woodland & blocks of cover, the more I thought about hunting.....& the money was crippling lol. So I sacked it! I pick up a guitar everyday, music is a big part of my life & I'm mad keen on cooking.......read as much as I have time to, used to be another addiction, but more moderate these days..... My old boss (a zoo owner) kept GSD's, often up to four at a time.........over the 8 years I worked for him the fecking things were dropping like flys.........get to 4-5 & were fcuked, with various problems......

Can't comment on this particular show, I'll have to find a clip......but it is a running theme in these US shows, constantly trying to convince the viewer of impending doom, even the simplest of tasks are fraught with danger lol... .....that's why I usually find them unbearable to watch......oh & there American......

I've worked with many ex-cons over the years, can put in a days graft like anyone else........although depending on what they've done, I've sometimes used a little more tact in conversation.....lol

There will be various opinions on this.......but ideally no bigger than 14'' to the shoulder & 15-20 pounds, but there will be some good examples well below & above that average mate...... -

I agree with most of what's been said....can't disagree ...but just to put a different spin on things, my mate didn't start to work a Russell bitch until she was 2 years old.....previously just kept as a pet by his wife, the first squirrel it was shown it just ran along side baying, refusing to make contact, however it went on to become a very reliable, but completely mute fox dog.......retired now... You never know, maybe all is not lost.....
