But born....you're one of those guys, who would think Britain were justified to invade sweden because they've got funny accents! You just can't help your loyalty & I get that mate........but how has it helped us as a nation? Our long term involvement in the Middle East, has only ever helped to increase the danger on home soil, never decrease it.....more grieving family's & less understanding......

What about a bit of graft?............anyone have kids who work these days? I spent every summer holiday from the age of 12 to 16 working..........earning £50 a week as a 12 year old, I found I could just go out buy the stuff I wanted, rather than just bugging my parents........ I think that prepared me more for the real world than any of the camps I built (although thats still important) Just asking because my mates own a building firm & have got through literally dozens of young lads over a few years.........they just won't graft........one even left a hand written letter, apolo

Do you really reckon there weren't nonces about? I reckon there were just as many sickos then. They just seem more prevalent these days due to the internet. Don't you remember all those "Don't talk to strangers" talks? Yes of course there was..........most noncing is done by people in trust anyway & often go's unreported.....definitely more paranoia about kids getting snatched off the street though.... Child abduction and murder has shown a steady , sustained and continued decline over the last 30 years.............FACT Yep.......paranoia greater than the threat itself.....

I met up with a mate there last year again, gone right off it now to be honest..... found somewhere a lot nicer now........taking my family to Utrecht this weekend, lovely city centre........you can still do the coffee shop thing, just not so intense....... & you don't feel like you need a long hot shower when you leave lol

That's just logical! The convention of fork in left hand is wrong. It makes infinitely more sense to have your fork in your most dexterous (right) hand. I've being saying that for years! I even set the table like it & family/friends just roll there eyes & swap it back......lol We're visionaries mate, mavericks. It's the rest of the world that are wrong. Exactly.......
