The brand new Sport from Feinwerkbau.
mark williams replied to mark williams's topic in General Airgun Discussion
Long time since you saw a pigeon of your own, with a hole in it - eh Mitch ? Take your night vision off Mitch and you will see the post on BBS is from 2014 Things might have changed since then Either way, i don`t think i would chase after a new Sport from what`s being written about them. Yes i thought asking FWB in September 2018 would give a far clearer, up to date answer than 2014 and from those who should know. -
Well guys i`ve just emailed Feinwerkbau sales and web site at their head office in Germany asking when or if, will the new Sport be available in the UK at sub 12 ft/lbs level ? Feinferkbau have acknowledged receipt of my enquiry and will get back to me as soon as possible. I thought i would ask them directly, as i keep hearing that the Sport will be coming sooner or later ? atb Mark.

I still use the FWB Sport 124 and 127 Str . They do say that the new FWB Sport will be for sale over here soon, ( don`t hold your breath), should be around the £700 mark ? Some lads i have spoken to that own both, much prefer the older models. Mate, if you care to go to you tube and search for "Hot Air, FWB Sport", ( Blackpool Air Rifles), they give a talk/ small review on the FWB Sport. atb Mark.

Superb guns, just bought the exact same model, for hunting, off one of the lads on here. I made a great decision that day. Good luck with your sale Chris.

Proper shot placement there Ste Nice shooting. atb Mark.

Saw a rabbit on arrival at the permission but that was the last i saw this evening. A grey showed itself carrying a conker, stopped in the lane and stared my way trying to find me. The 77 took him at dead on 40 yds lased with a perfect head shot. So i left him where he dropped as magpies were hanging around. The little ploy worked lads. Another head shot at 40 yds. I continued the wait but all went very quiet so i sent Kaiser in for his beloved retrieves. So lad

Shooting lads, compliments to you. Do be careful how you pick up etc in such numbers, - not a very healthy place. atb Mark.

Careful Jimmy, your new nickname will be " Jimmy bang, bang" !

Shotguns ? From what i`ve seen you don`t need to bridge your skills lads. " If yer get my drift" ?

Oh no, have i upset him ,without trying, again ? . Well to be honest Rezmond, i`ve bought a HW 77 from Jimmy, ( Big Mac) and also a HW 97 from Simon, ( Pianoman) since buying the brand new, shiny Pro Sport a little over 3 or 4 months ago. I just love matching these guns against each other and the results are always changing but only just and i will be on the paper again this afternoon. I do agree with your statement over the T Rex rifles in competition, their owners having taken all or most of the original TX - D.N.A out and putting th

For static hunting the TX takes a lot of bettering and static is my preferred method. I cannot split a hair between the Pro Sport, TX 200, HW 97, HW 77 or FWB Sport but going off this year`s hunting up to now, taking in all the hard shots taken. The Pro Sport and the HW 97 are leading " just". - in the static hunting. The old classic Sandwell Field Sports, stage 2 tuned HW 77 just oozes class, mind you and i seriously think she might just nick it, the way that she performs. Hunting and

Took the HW 100 KT .177 out this late afternoon/ evening to the nursery permission to see if the rabbits were showing at all. Static set up in place, not one single rabbit seen in nearly 4 hrs. The owners are very pleased. So just one single presentation prevented a blank evening, the 100`s accuracy is amazing at times, - shot between the shoulder blades at 43 yds lased and through a tiny gap in the tree canopy. atb Mark.

Compliments John, shot placement looks perfect. atb Mark.

Best pile of shit going, in the sub 12 puffer world " Only saying like" The Iceman.

So Falcon, great choice of rifle there . In fact, " The Best" at sub 12 level in my opinion. You do realize your a Twat, don`t you ? Oh yes, - we have an ongoing club on the THL that any member, that buys a HW 100, in any format, becomes a member of " The Twat club" Happy membership - " You Twat" ! Enjoy mate, lovely gun to own. ( it`ll be well looked after coming from Mitch, )

Yes. Do try him with £120 cash, under his nose though . An old eighty, in good order, just buy it Phil. Good luck mate, let us all know how you got on. With pictures mind. atb Mark.

Thinking of getting a PCP
mark williams replied to the lamping ferreter's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
I had to sit Mitch down and persuade, yes, persuade him to try Falcon Accuracy Plus .22 in his HW 100 and JSB Exact Express .177 in the other rifles. He`s never looked back since you know atb Mark. -
Well BH i read it as BN was looking for an " ADULT GUNDOG". Not a sapling, either, a finished product- yes, so answered what in "my opinion" was best " for him". I do consider a rejected pup or sapling, rejected for a reason though but i do hear your thoughts BH. If a sapling turns out to be better than first thought, then great, the first owner should not be so quick to reject it. Each to their own, i know but a blank canvas or untouched pup makes the best painting and makes a brand new owner f
