There is no way the police could confiscate a car and dogs without reasonable grounds to do so. I think there is more to this story :hmm:If they had a tip off, checked the vehicle and found something that shouldn't have been there.............well then that's a different story.

:laugh:You may well be right but if the incident is true then a personal apology is definitely the right thing to do.

In situations like this, the best thing to do is man up and say sorry, no ifs or buts just apologise. Then the people involved should investigate the incident and learn lessons from it and change what needs changing to stop it happening again, just as you would an accident in a place of work. Nothing will bring the dead dog back but you can make sure it dosent happen again, transparency is required in the process to prove that the incident has been taken seriously. The best way forward would be an official from the hunt to visit and try to apologise personally

A bad time for people passing, my auntie died yesterday, last winter two other aunties died and the previous winter my uncle and my 43 year old cousin passed. RIP to them all. I can almost feel the reaper stalking this time of year. All the natural disasters as well, definitely something about this time of year. Anyway RIP to all who pass over the coming winter, hope you all get to walk green hills under a gentle sun

Rip, I wasn't there and so don't know what happened. A tragedy, I have enjoyed his films, not just the fast and the furious but eight below and into the blue. Remembered on film forever.

My dog has been attacked and hassled so may times now that if I see some people with dogs that look like total donuts, I take a diversion, up the nearest slope, through the nearest woods. Why cant these people just be sensible.....................if you know your dogs, dog aggressive, pop a muzzle on when in public places, its not difficult. My mums jack has the temperament of a hormonal lion, any dogs about, the basket muzzle goes on....................................how simple is that

This country is slowly going back to the middle ages, the top universities are becoming more elitist so only the privileged get in, the normal man struggles to get by and the fat tax man turns up taking what he hasn't really got. Cameron loves this stuff, remember he is one the elite, top private school, born and bred..................hes just helping out the executives from banks and oil companies, his old school mates. It really goes to show, all that worrying over the most trivial stuff and the real things to worry about often happen so quickly and out of the blue, being blind sided by a truck or this! You really never do know what's round the corner, absolutely terrible, thoughts and a message of sympathy to the people and families involved.

Really does make you realise what its all about. Simple things like walking the hills under a clear star filled sky are so easily taken for granted. I think I need to actually realise how lucky I am,...........................the key to happiness really is making the most of every moment................cheesy I know but so true ............................great find and really inspiring pics.

Not wanting to stir things up but I was half way through the Mr Brick thing and all of a sudden it said I didn't have permission to view it and know its gone.......................I take it that its been deleted? .................or is my pc/site playing silly buggers.

I hope they have because then they can read this................that leather belt, the leather shoes that your wearing, the gelatine in your yoghurt, the chicken for dinner, you do not have a clue how the animal your eating or the part your wearing, lived. It almost certainly didn't live free as nature intended, there is nothing worse than hypocrisy, so if you want to eat animals or use their various body parts, you certainly shouldn't be criticizing the hunting of animals. Shocking, just read that............one day, whatever sentence this sub animal thing gets, it will be out one day, now I would ask everyone in the legal system one question......................"do you honestly think that this person will ever be safe around children".......................my opinion is no way will he. Some people do the worst things when on drink and drugs, but this is on another level and its all premeditated.
