No. It's a shame. There's some lovely roads round there. We took the dogs to Llys-y-fran reservoir so we were in the van. Llys-y-fran, literal translation "Court of the crows!" Nice there. You go down the road over the mountains and down through Tufton and all that? That road over the top is spectacular.

Honestly don't know what's worse, finding out some devastating news about a family member or having to sit and wait to give the news to another family member who's going to be hit 1000x harder when they get back from work.. :/

Mal, we have had almost the same news. Found out the mother in law had a brain tumor, as well as cancer in her heart and lung last Wed and found out yesterday that there is feck all they can do...

I've just got home from working away and been told my 11yr old daughters best friend is on life support and not expected to make the w/end, since they started nursery together this kid was at ours or my girl was at theres, I don't know how I'm going to tell her if I'm honest....

Keep taking deep/full breaths, the temptation is to take shallow breaths because of the pain but it can lead to a build up of fluid in the lungs and pneumonia. That's the reason they no longer strap you up. ..and stop blaming the dog for your drunken misshaps!

Watched the match in the local bowling club where I was attending a christening. Place was full of Valleys folk pretending to be Australian so as you can imagine the place was bouncing!

Personally I think their reign is coming to an end. They are not the same team they were a year ago thats for sure. Losing the tri-nations to Australia has dented their composure and no team lasts at the top forever it's all swings and roundabouts. But they will be back on top before long. TC Was always said they had a bad habit of peaking between the RWC tournaments. I still wont write them off though..
