  1. If we're going to have a serious discussion about this concept then there are plenty of options to consider. If total freedom to carry is considered too liberal then a trained 'militia', for lack of a better term, is an alternative. Civilians trained to military standards who are then permitted a concealed carry license. It won't happen in Britain mind. Or something along the lines of the Swiss model..
  2. Cousin of mine hit his mid 30's and took up rollerblading again! He was actually quite good mind, mental even!
  3. I became a grandad for the first time in the summer its great....but bollocks to sleeping with a granny mines not even a mum ....you just gotta plan ahead with these things Bloody hell Malt a grand parent at 33.......if my maths is up to scratch at this rate there could be 6 living generations by the time she,s No chance of that, my daughter is now 21 and sensible! We've only ever got as far as 4 generations together, got a pic at home somewhere!
  4. That's the thing though Gnash, I brush mine regular now but have always had a sweet tooth and didn't really look after them as a kid. My cousins old man was strict as hell with them and their teeth but they've all suffered terribly with theirs as kids and adults. Like I say, I reckon a fair bit of it is genetic.
  5. Imagine how my poor mother felt when I broke the news that she was going to be a grandmother at the ripe old age of 32! She was 33 when my daughter was born.. Congrats on the new arrival FF!
  6. Missing one.. Pretty lucky with mine decay wise, some people seem to have genetically strong teeth and don't suffer. Think I'm one of them, if it wasn't for the wear on them due to various things over the years they'd be in really good nick.

  8. If you get a private one, the best cause of action is to offer a payment equivalent to what they'd normally charge for the amount of time you'd spent in the car park. If you have offered this and they then refuse it and take you to court, you then have evidence that you have tried to cover the cost to them that they could have incured by you car taking the space of another paying customer. Also, It's not a "fine", private car park operators are not allowed to fine you, and if they use that word in any documentation relating to a charge they want you to pay they are breaking the law. The c

Can anybody here score me some weed or pills?
  11. Probably anthracite and no, you won't be in a smoke control zone.
  12. Yeah, one of those crazy "fur baby's mommy" types who forget their surrogate child has pointy teeth and strong jaws for the purpose of killing other animals..
  13. He's still gutted he was passed over for Moyes for the United job! He's following the usual Mourinho pattern. Writes off his team as he steps through the door because its not one he's built in his first season, gets money to build for the second and does well, then throws his toys out the pram in the third when he don't get his own way.
  14. Been a great tournament guys, thanks to TC for starting the thread! Same place here for the 6 nations in the new year!
  15. Thats what the locals look like round his way anyway..
  16. There's also the human factor, the dogs have handlers with guns. Don't know how long but humans have been protecting their livestock from wolves for but its been thousands or years, plenty of time for Wolves to be wary about themselves when it comes to taking one. The longer they take to make a kill and the more noise they make doing it, the more chance a human is going to get involved and start shooting them. The wolves aint daft, if they come across dogs while attacking livestock there is a very high chance that humans ain't going to be too far away.
  17. They are not the same at all. Huge physical and physiological differences exist between the dog and the wolf. While we have refined the animal through selective breeding to make it more suitable to our purpose for it, it has also lost the things that make a wolf such a dangerous predator and give it the edge against a dog.whatever we might have changed, we havent changed the laws of physics so a wolf skull made of the exact same muscle and bone tissue of a domestic dog still will have its bite force related to the size of its skull compared to said domestic dog and not some mythical jaw force

  19. They were miles apart from the breed today, probably a lot closer in build and nature to the actual wolf.
  20. Did he do the tongue out and shake the head thing that my dogs do after picking them up? He's looking good Dai!
