Cheers lads ...got a couple of odd fallow ones to have a practice on ..the epoxy seems the way forward ...BH they are going to be electric because they need them to actually light the shoot lodge rather than just look good ...if they turn out ok I might make one for my place but do it with the candles ...thanks for your input

I have been asked to make a couple of antler chandeliers and was wondering what the best method of joining the antlers would be ...anyone had a go ..managed to pick up 6 big red antlers , park stuff so there pretty heavy ..The ones ive seen have just been screwed together but is this the only way ?? Will try & post a couple of picks of them if this helps ..thanks

Phil , the good thing with Swarovski is their back up service , it really is second to none .If its not the mounts send it back to Swarovski their turn around is normally very quick & unless its something you have done (unlikely ) its free

But saying that, the populations in general are all increasing and spreading in most areas of the UK, if you look back at the history of deer, it was much worse, roe were wiped from the whole of England and even with re-introductions in the far south of England they are still absent from fair chunks of the south, they are only recent arivals in Kent....I bet the folk in those areas are sick of fallow and long for swift footed roe!!
