old fella up the road from work bit of an eccentric , randomly walked up to 1 of the lads and said do you know any numbers for rescue centres for birds of prey ! the lad then called me and i went and picked up this little fella, the old guy had found it 5 weeks ago , he obviously has a broken wing which has healed wrong, he thought he was doing the right thing and kept the wee fella alive but it might be too late to fix, gunna get him to the vet and see but i dont see a happy release for this fella

Every year i find my self watching crufts, usually sitting there moaning about the state of the dogs the associated health problems and how they should be shown as fit for purpose, not fat with no muscle tone, but i did manage to watch the Fly ball , and noted the winning team had 3 lurchers on there team ! i used to know a woman who did fly ball with her 2 collies , ive watched a few times , but never taken part. As i watched the competition on the tv i was looking at my dogs sat there and thought what a brilliant way to keep em fit through the summer , my old border terrier will chase a ball

Wanted Hunting With A Stafford
armdog replied to Heath Knowlden's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
had a pit x staff and she used to ferret , retrieve, clever thing she was, wasnt that she was bought as a hunting dog , just the case it was my exs pet and took it out, really good , high prey drive , seen her tackle deer in cover, seriously lacked speed but had lots of fun on rats , sounds to me like theres not a right lot you can do with your staff other than keep putting stuff in front on him and he will either learn or not ! -
