  2. Fearsome lookin pack Busher, them dogs look pretty handy too! Jokes aside, a very tidy looking team That black terrier with the 'bigger' white blaze, would that have anything to do with Jazz? Like the look of that rough Lurcher too.
  3. you obviously dont know what quality is then, strongstuff collars are 2nd to none,i ordered 5, 2inch collars for my lurchers a 2inch collar for a mastiff and he sent me a collar for the whippet for free, now he didnt have to do that, and i dont know him personally, lifetime guarantee!! top stuff i wont have owt else, simples read my post again, ive got no doubts about there quality ? ive just got reservations on them catching up on wire and stuff like that. i read yer post the first time, if youve got no doubts about the quality, should you not have put in yer original post, "ive NO doub
  4. Jesus H. Christ! Thats gotta be THE worst performance of any skinny arsed dog i've ever seen and the 'bellends' who ran it, have the cheek to put it up on Youtube with 'production'!!! Shame!
  5. Two good tracks with excelent videos
  6. There are some things a certain type of bloke should keep to himself  .....
  7. Dead right on that one SS. I've always said, they are all fecking Lurchers and 'should' be in the same classes, with each being Judged on its composition 'to type' BUT over the years i've seen many judges fight shy of going over bull crosses in the ring, never mind picking one out against other Lurcher types. No extra classes on for Wheaten crosses etc..... Whats the difference..... Hair? Oh and then there is the "them's not propper Lurchers" line, usually lobbed in from someone who is trying to exibit his Cavalier King Charles X Whippet 'street accident', that'll dust any one of those
  8. Swazi stuff's good but it aint cheap, I've had a gillet of theirs for years but I wouldn't buy a coat then limbo under wire etc in it on a nights lamping!

  12. Tidy bag Arctic, i've always find changing times can produce good results, always nice when its close to home too. Good job your dogs not running 'em round here if he roll's with 'em, the grounds hard as fecking iron, this time of year.
  13. Congrats mate, best thing that'll ever happen to ya!

  15. I just found 'Jazz mags' like every other kid
  16. My advice is always the same mate, I never try to name any particular cross, just get yourself a puppy, look to an average hight 23" to 26", for all round work (you never know what might come up ) and ensure its from well worked parents, pref something you've seen out and been impressed with.
  17. Why not road work bosun? I would have thouht that would help tighten her up? Like I said before CG, I ain't no expert, i've just seen it before but the other way round. The only logic that I always try to use is born from 20+ years in the leisure industry, never an exact science where dogs are concerned but its helped a fair bit. Road work is 'forced excercise' and forced excercise in something so young 'can', have an averse effect when it is developing. The excercise is one dimentional and will only use the muscle and ligaments of 'that' particular range of movement. Where as play
  18. That does sound right Gav, like I said it happened to mine the other way round, with free running, playing type stuff, Daily swimming 'could' really help i recon, with 'mild' walking and deffo don't road work.
  19. CG, i've seen this before on Bull cross dogs, all of my half breds have developed the condition BUT always when younger, about 10 to 12 weeks. Their legs would start to bend in exactley the same way BUT through 'free running', what I had to do was crate 'em up each day to lie, rest and ease the 'pressure' on the legs and each day it would right itself. Give 'em a lot of free running and 'hey prestow', back to the crate again! They all grew out of it. Yours appears to have happened the other way round, maybe standing too long in the crate, longing to get out and its caused the legs to go? T
  20. No, you ain't put a post up in a bit Dan but when you do it's always a cracker! Well done Dan & Co.
  21. Can't work out Watchman if you've wrote a serious question or not, certainly got me guessing! If its a few stabs at an answer your after, then my two penneth worth is that he turned to face you with something in his hand.... Knife perhaps??
  22. 'Wastage', as when people are describing a litter of first cross pups!!
