  1. I actually don't mind him, but then I have a couple of twats as friends. He has a fantastic vocabulary and gives it to the powers to be. For me that puts him in my good books He was more outrageous when he was on the gear.
  2. Shouldn't have a problem with amount once you have introduced it to the diet. It's how much you can afford, it's £14 for 30lb here at the mo, where minced chicken is £12 for 60lb. Tripe is relatively low in protein and high in water. Dogs love it!
  3. Surely no one makes money out of working dogs, especially Lurchers. The only way to make decent dough is gambling. Although most bods with Lurchers are relatively skint.
  4. Get yourself a locator
  5. Still got a dog pup here. This pup is not scared of anything, will make a great protection dog that you catch gear with, Pup is hunting, retrieving, super willing to please and pup has been inoculated. It is house trained and lives in kennel. Best pup here, shame I can't keep more than one dog. Price negotiable according to home. Pup would of been sold time and time again, if I'd of just been looking for the money. Pup is welcome back if not suitable, but I doubt if it will come back.
  6. If he's wary of new people, what is he gonna do to would be thieves? Edited to say, should make a good watch dog and who's gonna come in if that thing is barking.
  7. http://www.coldsteel-uk.com/store/All-Terrain-Chopper.html Just got one of these 25% off. Discount code for Cold Steel if anyone's interested FRIDAY this gives you 25% off any item.
  8. Welcome Ducky Is that your full time job?
  9. Just noticed, if you don't know about antibiotics don't administer/dose them yourself.
  10. It takes some time before you dogs mouth will go manky through a foreign object, you should take more notice of your dogs. All that aside, the mouth has an incredible recovery rate. I'd check it in a day and if it doesn't look like it's healing then it's a dose of antibiotics.
  11. When they don't want to go out. Always something an old dog can turn its hand to.
  12. Worming tablets will dissolve within a couple of hours, but if the dog is sick it would bring up the contents of its stomach. Therefor missing the dogs intestines, where most parasitic worms make there living. As said I would leave it a day or so and worm again.
  13. For the price of a worming tablet, I'd do it again.
  14. Yep Panasonic ones. They come unbranded green in colour, got some from the boot sale 3400mah for £7.50. Payed £10 each off ebay.
  15. Fine looking pups with a fine price, surely you can afford the fiver to advertise them in the correct place?
  16. "would be willing to pay the favour anyway I could"
  17. Dogs always show signs of jealousy between any pack member, as you have just said you're pushing him out why wouldn't he become jealous. I've always involved my dogs in the family, giving them no reason to be jealous. In fact I would make extra fuss of them so that they still feel wanted, not put in the yard when the boy's about, that will really feck him off. It's always hard to pass comment in this situation, none of us know the dog, it could be proper nasty and then I would certainly take him out back to meet his maker.
  18. The dog is only showing signs of jealousy, it hasn't actually shown any aggression, correct? Why on earth would it bite a kid over the park ?
