    To be honest the didn't look like they needed much feeding and the food didn't look that appetising. I feed my dogs like that from time to time just to make sure they are ok and then I stand right over them not giving them an inch just in case. I wouldn't allow any young children to feed a number of dogs.

    Thinner nets catch better, tangle better and snag better. You have to come to a compromise. Poly spun seems to be the best choice nowadays. I like 8z, but I think it depends on the ground you hunt. Always hedgerows, ditches and woods round here, well snaggy.

    A rod is the most efficient when at right angles to the fish(not the water), simple case of physics. It's down to the angler to make up tension when a fish runs at you. Northern lad you're right about summer time Pike, So many people think that Pike are indestructible when they are quite venerable, especially in the summer.

    Any good size live trap will do, rabbit, mink, squirrel, even a good size rat trap. Don't give up mate, I got mine back after more than 2 weeks. Skinny and with bite marks. Recovered to full health. I put traps all over the place, finally caught under hutch.

    My dogs come out the kennel at least a couple of times a day. I never clean a poo or a piss out of the kennel. Dogs are mostly naturally clean, even my pups that I am running on will piss and shit away from the kennel/run and they are only 17 weeks. All of them are house trained and they live outside. What I'm saying is if a dog is given an option it will be clean.

    Got some nice straight Hazel, Holly and some Ash poles here, a bit far for you. Also got a fantastic Birch Honeysuckle spiral here, one of the best I've seen. I would like some money for that though.

    Age old answer "let it out more" simples. Crate training is also the answer, but you need to give it more time. Time that you don't have it sounds like.
