  1. Glad your ol mans on the mend. What happened, can your Dad not swim, did he hit his head or slip?
  2. You missed out an abundance of slim and beautiful women. Really? I didn't see that many. In fact if you are young a beautiful, you are looking to leave. You may be ok for crumpet in Budapest, but rurally you ain't even getting a conversation. May be in the tourist locations.
  3. Been to Hungary a few times recently, my friend has bought a place out there. You are welcome as long as you try and integrate, same as any where really. Very poor country, no/little exports. Wine and sunflower oil. No takeaways as such, for obvious reasons (Pizza is fairly common). Clean streets. Seem a proud nation as far as I could see. Water parks/spa's are big (thermal energy business). Zero drink driving law! Only wildlife other than birds I have seen so far, Fox and Deer (Roe?). Goulash, farmed rabbit, fresh water fish and various greasy takeaway dishes are the foods that I know of.
  4. Lamping is an intense form of hunting. All that's in front of your dog is the prey and its bound to get excited. As said limit the sessions you do with a pup of 10 months, as hard as it is.
  5. Ive never owned the best dogs in the world, ive owned the dogs that the world wanted. If i wanted a superior Jukel id not seek a mutt Socks related,id want one Morton related and if i need to explain the difference betwixt both id not bother. Ha ha! Clash of superior Ego's. Both full of it, but both have a point . I recon you should play soggy biscuit.
  6. Had Harkila with the Kevlar on them. They leaked after 3 months, sent them back and the second pair did the same. Ended up in a long dispute about them and was eventually refunded.
  7. You should really stop reading the Daily Mail.
  8. left bollock you cant value your bollocks much. Nice dog though, good luck.
  9. Learn how to use a nice sharp pointed knife. You limit the depth of entry by holding your for finger and thumb either side of the pointed end of the knife. Gut hooks are better used for bigger game. You can use them on rabbits, but you have to nick the skin to be able to use your gut hook. So you may as well use your knife.
  10. Well done. How big are those dogs and what are they?
  11. I've got one from Machinemart. Use it mainly from posts and piles, saves of concrete big time. If you're using 6"-8" holes you won't be able to use them on your own, unless these have a brake? like the Stihl ones.
  12. nothing wrong with a deerhound greyhound bitch story to be fair looking for a bitch to breed out of pal. So you're not wanting to work it, just breed from it? What will happen to the bitch afterwards?
  13. A pumas toes are teardrop shaped, different to a dogs. Those prints in the snow are no puma..... there are know pictures in the snow mate so I don't see what your getting at three are in mud one in sand the bottom two are from an enclosure so are 100 percent big cat the ones I took, I followed for several fields I have seen this animal so I know it's not a dog it was chasing a small group of roe in thick fog, I find quite a few things after heavy fog as it obviously confuses the prey and helps the predator, what you need to do is put up a decent photo of a dog with a five inch wide paw really,
  14. The second pictures you showed have nail/claw marks inside the toe pad print, the other pics had them on the outside. I'll look forward to your big cat photos as will the nation. Good luck. I too am old
  15. The original pic is a Moorhen. The foot print is a dog.
  16. They're expensive, there's an Airflo one that's about £70. Or look on Fleabay for a anodised Chinese jobby. If you're not using them loads, I'd go for a Okuma Airframe. Cheap as chips, ok drag and graphite so fairly salt water resistant (always rinse). In my experience they are finicky feeders and difficult to catch. The best way to catch them and this is from the "Medway Mullet King." Paternoster bread flake on a small stout hook, using a bag of netted bread as a chum bag. With a quiver tip, something like an Avon type rod. I have not tried this method, but will do this coming Summer. Bes
  17. Comfy and warm yes. Grip like a flip flop and if you're walking lots they don't last. Especially in ant sort of rough cover.I've tried them twice and didn't get a whole year out of them. The do for bobbing round the farm or sitting in the hide, for everything else there's meindle Or Lowa

  19. Loads with me. Couple of the hills looked like a barrow load of soil had been dumped, massive.
  20. Phenolic insulation and your timber would almost double the cost of a new container. You'd need 18 sheets of insulation and then you'd need to cover them, which is as expensive. Inside you can use cheapo insulation, unless you want to live in it. The 4 air vents are about 4" x 3" of 10mm drilled holes hardly enough to supply families of people always horrifies me on hot days, when I often think about that.
  21. They have air vents and condensation only forms when vapour meets cold. Insulate the inside and this doesn't happen. Containers are air tight apart from the air vents at the top, they are shipping containers and are made to float. They do not breath no mater where you put the insulation. Even the lined one has the dehumidifier a couple of times a year. How would you insulate the out side?
  22. Problem is then, you'll need to waterproof it. Going inside is neater and cheaper.
