I have had this kind of harassment before it is unpleasant and infuriating but don't panic. First remember they don't know where you live or they wouldn't be asking your daughter. So like the man said she just needs to be a bit careful not to be followed. She should also inform the police. Second it might be a good idea to change your dog walking routine. If they saw your wife and daughter walking them then they have an idea where to look next time. Most important remember that the rule about thieves is the balance of risk. So for a massive payout they might risk getting nicked or whatever

My dad and my fI've brothers all get a big hugh and a kiss on the cheek. Also one very dear old mate of mine gets a hub when I see him. But in terms of a greeting between strangers or casual acquaintances then no I wouldn't kiss cheeks. Nowadays especially they all seem to do the double kiss on two cheeks seems like they are deliberately trying to copy the Europeans. Good firm hand shake and eye contact for meeting strangers

I watched a DVD earlier with a caracal put up a tree by hounds,apparently there are pest controllers in Africa who use hounds to tree small cats as part of their duties,caracal have a liking for lambs even in game-rich areas. That's interesting about the Caracals eating lambs. They are very closely related to lynx so the sheep farmers will be in for trouble if they do ever release lynx here

I can believe that. What does a dane weigh maybe 100 lbs plus and a serval is around fox size but I bet the dane still had a few scars.

Read Samuel baker's book THE RIFLE AND HOUND ON CEYLON. I have a copy from 1855 I think. Storises of hours do hunting leopatd boar sambar in Sri Lanka. Then think again about what dogs can do to a cat. Or rather what cats can do to a dog

How popular is the sport? I watched a gaelic football team take on an aussie rules team when I was in Australia and they beat the aussie at their own game. Really enjoyed it.

Is that 5hit hole still standing ? I used to go in The Sultan in Lewisham and The Amersham in New Cross.....knew a lass who lived on the Pepys, but I wouldn't go anywhere near the godforsaken hole !Haven't been in the sultan for probably 25 years don't know if it is even still there. The Amersham used to have lot of good local.bands but again it's been a long time. We mostly used the birds nest on Deptford church Street. Peps estate should have been torched years ago. There are stabbings almost every week. My oldest sister lives on the edge of the place in a little house and I do worry for her

Had some released in the Wood behind our house a few weeks ago. Tiggy winkles are always looking for safe release sites (no badgers and no nearby roads and plenty of undergrowth etc) don't see many any more. Don't keep them caged up for longer than you have to they will literally walk and walk till their feet are raw. Lovely little animals.
