Fair play looks a decent podcast and about time there was a fieldsports related one for the UK Will echo JDHUNTING's request for some lurcher and other working dog related episodes -
On the basis they are both gambling ....you have in fact more chance of a result on the horses , every Landrover I've ever had (7 ) were a pile of shite ...cold , uncomfortable, slow , unreliable fuel guzzlers ..and they were the best bits .Thankfully I was cured of the addiction when I got a Toyota ... Have you never had problems with the dog hunting with food in his belly King? Something I've always avoided myself so would be good to hear your experiences. Two slices of bread won't sit in the stomach too heavy, it's not like running them on a full belly of food which is a big no-no. If you want to avoid the bread but still want to give the mutt an energy boost midway through a day/night out you could carry a few cubes of lard or dripping to give it, a nice energy boost with no heavy food sitting in their gut

Has he only started drinking loads recently? If he's always done it I wouldn't worry too much, some mutts just drink more than others. I used to have a shepherd that drained the bowl as soon as you put it down didn't matter how much water you put down he'd drink the lot, ended up having to ration his water or he'd get sick. Had him at the vets for all sorts of tests and nothing was wrong with him physically he was just a daft sod!

That really is ridiculous I'm as anti-imperialist as anyone but the Falklands have nothing to do with imperialism, they were unihabited before the British settlers arrived and they've been the sole inhabitants since. They even had a referendum recently asking whether they wanted to stay under British rule, 99.8% voted Yes. If you respect democracy and the right to self determination you have to accept the Falklands are British.
