Yeah there’s a drop of saluki in there olong the line. The owner of the sire has just bred best to best dogs reguardless of breeding I believe, he stayed away from bull blood though. Dont know if the damn would have levelled them out a touch being a pure bred. The owner of that bitch is the only one to stay in touch.

Just been reading this after talking to a lad today who reckons they have started to band pheasant shooting. I am sure somebody could find a link to put up as I am not very good on computers. Do you think this is finally the beginning of the end of all field sports? I wonder if it Will it effect shot gun applications Pheasant shooting is set to be banned on public land in wales following sustained campaigning by animal welfare organisations who consider the practice to be cruel. Natural resources wales (NWA) said it would not be renewing leases to shoot the game birds from March

The bitch is a agility dog she does well buy all accounts I will see if I can find a pic later. The owner reckons she is about 26tts there was a couple of pups a lot bigger when they left.

I tried To breed some first x herder greys a few year back but the bitch didn’t take. Brought a herder bitch in and had her for a little over a year bloody nice bitch and a pleasure to be round. She was a failed man worker didn’t make the grade for some reason or another. The out and out speed for catching most bolters wouldn’t be there but I don’t see any reason why one wouldn’t make a great marking dog as with all dogs there’s some bolters they would catch and some they wouldnt.

I seen some sights in Cardiff between Xmas and the new year. It’s the first time I’ve ever been there my misses was in tears with some of it. Opened my eyes a bit it’s a different world to what I am use too. I am glad I only live in a small town.

So folks what’s you all doing for New Year’s Eve? With my misses working New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and me a none drinker we are having a quiet one this year. I’ve still got a late one though as I’ve got to do a couple of pick up and drop offs for a couple of relatives which I don’t really mind.
