You,ve witnessed the feat?why do you seek evidence now?,mushrooms worn off?. I want to see it again mate. i enjoyed the spectacle. I'd also like to learn how to teach the trick. Why are you so aggressive? he's like it with most people, funny innit. Ive been in counselling for a week or 3,the counsellor firmly believes that my aggressive nature is a counter reaction to the attentions of an uncle and priest i encountered as a youth,as i was only abused by an aunty and im jewish ill not read to much into that, geez my aunty had massive knockers and hitler must have been abused by a

morton replied to Ozz.mitchell's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
If you haven't got a lamp you can have mine mate, i live in West Leeds and only really got time to mooch with my dog during the day so i'd rather someone make use of it. PM me if you want it and we can sort a time for you to pick it up Good man, throw him a couple of lessons in mucker. -

That used to be the obvious choice and education for many, now they want their hands held and a kiss at the end of the night. -
Del boy moment,luvverly.

Hargreaves in keighley, hand made leather,buffalo,collar,£5.Soft and pliable, very hard wearing and cheap.Id not run a dog with some of the collars about, especially strong stuff.

One of the most entertaining of boxers,in and out of the ring and a sad loss.I have major issue with the greatest,he was beat 5 times, his corner cheated Cooper,Liston took a dive in the second fight and Frazier beat him in both fighters prime, plus he was put in the ring with more than his share of doughnuts,Bugner and Dunn come to mind and Bugner took him the distance. If he had have been white he would have been lost in the history of boxing,he was a voice for the "brothers" at the time when it was becoming expedient to be a brother and jump on the bandwagon of equal rights.Entertainer definit

Why are you so aggressive? Ive a wife that does not love me,so i take my frustrations out on here, plus i was only extracting the urine.

I reckon it's got a lot to do with the terrier blood used? And the whippet I suppose. I've seen plenty of both with a stubborn side and won't do a thing they are told. This terrier I've got here is really biddable and obedient, never goes too far. That type of terrier crossed with a decent working whippet could make handy types I reckon. Its often feck all to do with the breeding, the stewardship any dog encounters is the biggest factor in how the mutt works,or is allowed to.

Also, my dog perfectly fits the description of a dog at an ideal body weight..... "How do you know if your dog is too fat or thin? You should be able to easily feel your dog's ribs and even see the outline of the last few floating ribs at the end of the ribcage that attaches to the vertebrae of the spine closest to the hips. You should not be able to see ALL the ribs, or the hip bones, or the vertebrae of the spine, just the outline of the last few floating ribs. If you stand above your dog, he should have a definite waist between his hips and ribcage. Remember that dogs are built differen

She's been wormed and gets fed raw twice a day, morning and night, and has an unlimited access to high quality kibble through out the day and night. Trust me, she's as fat as she can get at this stage. That's just how she's built. I guarantee you I feed her just as good or better than you feed your dogs. Socks has an habit of pointing out a skinny sapling, good post mucker and i concur with socks,we must put the dishes closer to the pups mouth over here.

Plummer Cross Bedlington Terrier
morton replied to low plains drifter's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
There is an awful lot that George got up to that i have issue with, there is far more that i don,t,its the old Sinatra song,he did it his way and learnt a few to do it their way, sometimes with the same ambition. -
Exactly, every time a dog hesitates at a jump the chase gets a little further away from it and an hesitant jumper is far more prone to injury,as is the jukel that attempts to find a way through,at pace, rather than over.
-
Shite,get a Russel.
-
The biggest problem the Bedlington as a working terrier encounters now is people breeding from non-workers and polluting the gene pool with dross. Its your dog and your choice mucker, yet id seriously advise you not to breed from her,she is not worth breeding from, fact.Source a decent pup from another source and don,t add to the cesspit of Beddy production. Its not the advice you may wish for,id NEVER line a ratter, others will, good luck.

Its often difficult to find our way,at times, the need to post for a future hunting companion seems to be the way to navigate a shorter path to an end result.Im a tad reluctant to encourage anybody to look for the shorter route, especially when offering "good Money" you will often end up polishing a turd before you realise the error of your shortcut.Take your time, sit back and chew the cud, then take a while longer,do your homework, attempt to get out and about with a few bushing gangs, they are often the most welcoming miserable twats, then get your name down on a pup.You will end up with a better

Often, especially when i lost both of mine.Id still make the same choice,i bred them to graft and firmly believed they would see more in the kennels i sent them to.The thing that riles me more than anything is the mush that took on the 3rd dog and keeps it for the shows and a pet now, seldom works it.Ive tried to get it back and offered him another.Sods law,the only one i sold, his dog his choice.

any dog that takes foxes without a bite is questionable imo Ive owned my share of questionable dogs then, warranted they cannot always dodge a nip or the attention of an incisor or 4,yet many a mutt reaches an age and appearance that fails to show its tally, even terriers.
-
It will be all the fecking invites from Katchum.
-
The last litter i bred i wanted to keep a dog pup,the 3 dogs went to my lad and his 2 mates as i believed they would give the pups the graft that i could not, thus i picked myself a bitch and let that go to a mate of the lad that gave me a free line, again because i genuinely believed that dog would see far more graft in that kennel, then i kept for myself what may seem to have been at best the 4th and 5th choice bitches, the 5th wrecked her hip and never recovered and the 4th was a mutt that id not have swapped with another. So do people choose for the benefit of the litter above their own gratif

I don,t give a flying f**k on what you like or not,but i look forward to many of your posts as you seem a tad above the normal numpty on this site, yet the fact is i don,t wish to share the field with your lurchers or terriers,or you, take it as you like but i don,t find you worthy, ive met more than my fair share of people id never climb a gate with again and don,t wish to start afresh, thats my fecking miserable outlook on my future hunting and you become part and parcel of my negativity and ignorance.Ive owned lakeys and bedlingtons for far,far longer than you mush, ive owned lurchers that empti

Im certain of the fact that the bitch is dominant in any breeding, yet, put her to an average stud and the quality of the pups will suffer.A decent stud is worth far more than an average one.Id pay more than i could afford for the right stud, the facts are that the best stud costs feck all,why is that?,because the best studs are often in a like minded working kennel,or should be.
-
Ive owned genuine lakeys for far longer than you darling and ill never be without one in the kennel, ill guarantee the lakey i feed now will hold her own against anything you feed,in the harsh glare of reality she is not a patch on the Beddy hybrids and Bedlingtons. Will i ever prove it to you?not a fecking chance darling, ive no need to.The best digging terrier ive ever owned was a Lakey, the best working terrier i ever owned was a Bedlington, followed very closely by a red fell, the mutts my son works now are bred from both.Saying i don,t know what the future holds,i must apologise to the kid as h
