I would not tell too many about them earths,lol,good day had fair play.

My mate dug a vixon about month back and she was dead when he broke through to the dog.He did nitice she was very heavy so opened her up to find 3 well formed cubs in her,late or early???

Kevin i know for a fact that the dept are puting some sort of device on earths so they can pick them up via satilite,leaves it handy for them while doing there snaring.This was told to me by a chap that does the snaring for the dept,dont know of any cameras though,but liam pmd me and was telling me about what they found in wicklow.

Nearly always let it run unless the terrier has it finished or the farmer wants it done,to me its all about working the dog not killing the game,there is enough been shot,snared and poisoned not to mention road kills without us killing them aswell.

My bitch is just around 16months with 7 good digs over her,good nose on her,great finder and stays the distance,well pleased with her .

I would always inject bitch about 2weeks before she due for parvo,keeps the pups safe until there 8weeks old then do the pups,also do the bitch for worms,in saying that i have'nt bred a litter of pups in about 10year,last litter was labs. -

There was a bit of a stand off in my area last sunday.A farmer was coming from checking cattle on one of his farms on his way to a second when he came across a load of lads with lurchers.They were just about to enter his land{without permission} when he approached them and asked them in a civil way not to as he had about 60 young cattle grazing on it and they were not used to dogs.They said they would'nt and he moved off.While he was coming back there were more of them coming out from his land and some walking up the road with 1 young lad swinging a dead hare about for all to see.The gards wer
