Come on mate, its not sarcasm or key board warriors. Sometimes your better off saying nothing, if you were serious about the dog you would travel for it. A lot of people on here travel hundreds of miles for the right dog, so unfortunately posts like 'if only i was closer' etc will always draw negative comments. Hi, I do a lot of trout fishing, so my dog eats plenty of fish throughout the season. 2-3 minutes in the microwave, depending on size of the fish, then pull the head up and the bones will come out intact attached to the head. The dogs love them. Pernod

Mate nobody has suggested giving it less water because its a pretty stupid way to try and stop it piss'n. You have to spend time with the pup, dont give it free reign of the house. Cage it, then take it outside to play, piss, whatever. When back in the house cage it again, then later take it out again etc etc etc. The pup has to learn that outside is where to go, by restricting her movement indoors for a few days she will associate outdoors with relieving herself. you just have to persevere and put a wee bit of thought into it. I think shows need as much people in attendance as possible, so i dont think that would be a route many organisers would go down. All you have to remember is that it is foremost a day out and a chance to sometimes meet genuine lads. I havnt been to one for a few years, but i always thought that watching the 'showers' antics with their dogs were fc*ing hilarious, well worth the entrance fee alone. Yours in sport Pernod -

Well mate i have seen a wolf/G shepherd first hand on a few occasions. One of my mates wife owns it along with a couple of pure shepherds. The hybrid is by far the most skittish of his dogs, as much to say i dont think i have ever seen the dog walk properly, it slinks along wherever it goes. It may just be this particular dog, he got it as a rescue dog, but it is definately one of the most nervous dogs i have seen. Pernod

This was quite an interesting thread, with some good input from some knowledgable guys. But im afraid it took a bit of a nose dive with the quote ''i was going to do the ton just to show how easy it would be and i bet the guys dog would do that on its own, its owner would far more drive than me lol'' a statement like that does make the poster sound like a bit of an arse.
