    They are brilliant wee dogs. But as has already been said. It depends on what your hunting. Your wee bitch may well make your mates bigger crosses look 'silly' on some game. But im afraid that there are some areas of our sport where the bigger crosses should outclass the wee bitch. Just enjoy the wee bitch and make the most of her attributes. Yours in sport Pernod.

    Night hunter i think your vet is getting mixed up with processed pork products containing additives that are harmful to dogs. Pork is a perfectly good source of protein. Its all just meat. Pernod

    Im sure its just processed pork thats high in salt. I think raw pork is lower in salt than beef. I might be wrong so dont quote me. Ha ha. I work in the meat industry and feed my dogs and ferrets on any raw i can get a hold of. Pernod

    I spoke to a rep at the basc stand years ago at drumlanrig(sp) gamefare. Idiot didnt give two hoots about the concerns involving terrier and lurcher work in Scotland. What he knew about these branches of field sports he had obviously learned from the general media. I wouldnt join them if membership was free. Just my opinion. Pernod

    Surely the best part of our sport is bringing on your own pups. The guys buying in adult dogs(except under exceptional circumstances) are usualy the type who move on dogs on a whim.
