  1. So following a bit of research I found a camera store in New York which is one of the places im visiting and they have a 3-9 x 50 Zeiss Conquest on offer at $424.00 which is about £260.00 Hopefully they have one in stock, a Zeiss for the same price as a moderate scope in the UK! Rip off Britain....
  2. People really overate this calibre, dont get me wrong I own and use regularly a CZ452 .17 HMR, have done for a few years and yes it will take rabbits out at 200 yards BUT a slight breeze and the bullet is all over the place. There was a recent article in one of the magazines and they tested the HMR out to ranges up to 300 yards and with just a 5mph cross wind it will send your bullet off 45inch!! Yes its fast yes its flat but it has serious flaws unless perfect conditions. I much prefer the good old .22 rimmy for my vermin
  3. I wonder if her ex (Blake) will be at the funeral? Her old man hated his guts i saw a program on them when Blake was in prison and apparently it was Blake that got her into the drugs in the 1st place, can you imagine being her father with that piece os sh*te walking the planet. edited to add:- I truly think she was one of the best singers this country hs produced, she was unfortunatey just a car crash waiting to happen RIP
  4. Rally driver or red bull racing pilot
  5. Just put three passes together. The bitch who whelped you,
  6. The balloon can't be steered as they dont have control surfaces to direct them, they rely on the wind currents and therefore climb and descend to find the wind direction most suitable. What they can control is the area they land on unless an emergency eg they run out of fuel, It would be reasonable as the land owner to charge a fee should they land on your property. I would write a letter to the club instructing them in future you will charge £100 or whatever each time one chooses to land on your property. Make sure they can't just drive on and remove the balloon without you having to

    farting

Have you ever been near someone who tries to mask the fart with a loud cough but miss times it classic Also on the baby birth front if you've experienced the wrong end of that gutting a rabbit is a walk in the park
  8. This sounds a disgusting practice These people seem more like animals than humans with their sick ideals How can a father do this to his own daughter it's beyond me...
  9. If your looking for an all rounder I would go for an over and under 12 bore, it will suit you for all shotgun shooting situations, if you can get one chambered for 3" even better. My first gun was a Laurona which I loved I only paid £250.00 and wish I'd never sold it now. A gun to consider would be a Lanber a few mates started with these and they are cracking guns for the money, the most important thing to consider is if the gun fits you be it a Laurona or a Holland and Holland, if it doesn't fit you you won't shoot it well. Seek a bit of advice on gun fit, read up on the net it's worth it
  10. Hello and welcome, a great round the 6.5 x55
  11. I'm a fellow silver pigeon owner and I think the are excellent value for money Hope you enjoy it
  12. A mate had a hatstand miss fired and wouldn't eject he took it back twice, the gun dealer said he wasn't going to sell them anymore due to problem returns he'd had Some guys on here swear by them but to me they are cheap for a reason Better with a 2nd hand beretta, winchester or Benelli
  13. That's when I stopped buying them, especially the Mirror. I cannot abide Piers Morgan for the same reason. Well it's closed now and good riddance, shame on them.

    A FOX?

If I remember rightly she didn't make a good breakfast the last time she stayed over....
  15. Yep, I have heard this about Yorkshire, and here's the really daft part, I have .22lr, .17HMR and .22WMR ALL conditioned for FOX, so, if I received an invite to shoot in the area I could perfectly legally go round shooting them whilst a local shooting partner could not. Perhaps someone would like to invite me, AND the Chief Constable of Yorkshire and we can demonstrate they work! Now theres a thought! Yes Deker it would be interesting to see My 22rf and HMR are on an open condition but now they "advise" I get a cf to shoot foxes which when I do they now want proof the land i
  16. Haha just cos a girl hunts don't mean she's gota let herself go lol My type of gal
  17. I recently asked face to face the FAO if I could have fox on my HMR and was clearly told by South Yorkshire Police they follow the home office guidance and will not permit fox on a .22rf or HMR. Made very clear to me and I was told to apply for a cf which I now have done. Just make sure you are covered what ever you do.
  18. Don't mean to get too deep BUT what did their parents do or not do to end up bringing into the world a complete set of morons that were on that video. How on earth did they find that something to laugh about
  19. You say we are all on the same side so why the controversy? do I question anyone else field sports on a open forum or anywhere else for that matter? infact I practice plenty myself. for starters I don't fly spars anymore so I am out of aquation but I certainly wouldn't condemn anyone else flying them under licence or anyone else's sport! flying blackbirds under licence is totaly legal. Blackbirds are not exactly rare either are they and never will be if all they have to worry about is a trainned spar, take a look at the household cat first. It seems to me that there's one hell of alot come
