  1. Just to be clear, I don't have an opinion, just speculating.
  2. I beg your pardon! "Dysmenorrhoea is painful cramping, usually in the lower abdomen, which occurs shortly before or during menstruation, or both."
  3. It's probably the tide more than the moon. I wonder if that means fishing in tide-less saltwater's, like the Med, aren't really effected by the moon?
  4. The most significant condition I look for is not being 200 miles away from the coast!
  5. I suppose it's like anything, there are maybe general rules but they're not the whole equation. How many lads have had memorable nights lamping on a windless full moon? How many signature pheasant drives go into the sun and wind? For a lot of lads, like myself, you get out when you can and just make the most of it.
  6. Oddly enough ive literally just started paying attention to it too. The high tide of a full moon is supposed to be ?
  7. Well I’m 34 and a perfect specimen. A real deal scholar athlete model citizen. I can’t for the life of me understand why I haven’t been bred by yet!
  8. How would anyone know the average age on here? Its not like we have to scan our birth certificates to be accepted. LOL Judging by the utter nonsense I’d guess around 12!
  9. Thank you! It’s so easy and lazy to blame the government for everything. We have cultural burdened ourselves with the highest standard of living, welfare and rights. Damanding the government do something will result in an ideologue full of empty promises and sound bites utterly ruining us. “Can’t get any worse!” I hear, Yeah alright.
  10. For sure. As much as I hate to acknowledge it, even the bad attitudes are culturally ingrained / learnt behaviours. Which can be broken down and fixed with the right long term approach. And we owe it to our country to try. It’s the only sustainable way forward. Writing masses of people off is unlikely to work. Certainly if you throw the ones that want to try out with the ones that don’t.
  11. Probably a mate of mine. I'm told most folks don't fish the Lagoon because of some bailiff who lays it on thick, but technically it can be fished up to the bridging camp. I think it's just discouraged.
  12. I think there's plenty in both camps. No shortage of folk who have stinking attitudes and live a life I'd still rather toil to avoid. But it's probably a mistake to focus on them as much as it is to focus on billionaires in finding a solution to all this.
  13. Must admit I’ve no idea what the hype about the place is for. Same as any other seaside town imo. The coast road to St Just is great though.
  14. IMO one of the most self destructive taxes. But "f**k the billionaires". I think corps operating entirely in the UK should be tax free. Maybe corporation tax should be used in a similar way to import duty i.e., if the UK is being taken advantage of by foreign entities then tax them. If they are entirely within the UK, then just tax the salaries and dividends, not the business itself.
  15. I don't necessarily disagree. But I do think you'd be horrified at what services just income tax would pay for.
  16. IMO they're a breed prone to yipping, no matter the breeding. Again, just my opinion, but because of this steadiness work early on is important to avoid it. But I'm certainly not chasing trophies and would prefer a dog overly steady than overly driven. Having a pup out around chucks at 8 weeks and at 6-8 months walking poults back teaches them a lot about self control.
  17. What's funny in this particularly instance of nonsense, is that VAT is probably the most obvious tax out of all of them. We're told about it just about every time we purchase something. It's probably more in your face than even income tax.
  18. Had this just around the corner on Saturday. Going back down this weekend. Half planning to get on chesil with the rod though. Not sure yet.
  19. There should be a few in there, the Fleet Lagoon is a bass nursery.
  20. You can see the crazy in that choc roan. I love the cockers. They're a good fit for me, personally.
  21. I haven’t watched live television, beyond about one program a year maybe, for years. When I stay at mates and the box is ticking over I find it fascinating how bizarre ‘normal’ tv is. If there was ever a blackout, the establishment would be f****d.
