Is that Penny on the end...looks like her ...met her real nice lady..
Paulus is correct about the airfields...I do a fair bit of work on airforce bases...and the bird scare guys are usually a a good source of info about wildlife on the base...
On some bases those guys literally get to drive round shooting all sorts they are usually ex service men with a pension to help pay the bills cos it's nearly always min wage...that said nice little job if money is not your goal
Must admit I like those...but I've not had one since I started this path...and as lurcherman said loads of sugar...
Personly I wouldn't bother with powdered protein drinks ...just make one up at home in the blender....take it with you...myself I do 3 raw eggs...250g of Greek yogurt half pint of milk....that's it nothing to sweeten it no fruit ...I promise you can't taste the eggs..just tastes like creamy milk...of course you could add stuff as lurcherman suggests...
As far as the commercial powders go i wouldn't really know what's best...However I did see a video a year two back of E
The only reason I use the 0 fat one is for the extra protein...my son likes the 10%fat one ....but it only has 5 gram of protein as apposed to 10 gram of protein that the 0% has...
I'm not against the fat...and I sometimes just eat the yogurt as it is...and the more fat in it the better it tastes
Been doing it since July 23...its easy when you get in to it...
For me it's so much easier than watching your calories...or eating real clean bodybuilding food like chicken broccoli rice..
As I write this I'm downing a home made protein shake...3 ingredients...3 raw eggs..half pint of milk..250g no fat Greek yogurt...over 50 gram of protein
Gnasher mentioned high Wycombe...I've spent a good few months over the last year working there...in your case Dodger there's a good few shooting estates around ...and the large Village of Beaconsfield next to high Wycombe is a lovely place ..although I expect it's pricey for property...
Looks a nice spot Wolfdog91...most of our rest stops on British motorway look nothing like that sadly...although I have stopped in some nice ones in France
Picking up on what wilf said...about how long it takes to get in to London...
Me and the Mrs when we go catch the train from grantham wich is 20 mins from me...train only takes 1 hour 10 mins..right in to kings cross
Talking of changing jobs....add on here I saw the other day...Aldi Wherehouse staff wanted no experience needed...its £16.90 think it was ...it will be in the RDC....
Not sure ....be nice ...I know a chap in my village who never pays his water bill...tells me they can't legally turn it off...just ignors the bill same as we all do with tv license
Just watched a really good little series called Rivals...set in the 80,s...similar type of thing to the Gentleman...but a lot less violence...really enjoyed it 8 parts an hour or so long...on Disney of all things
