I don't get these pronouns thing... We had two of these people work at our bar before I left...the bar manager said to me and the other doorman we had to use they them....I just asked what there names were and used there names ....its not like I'm about to shout across the bar to one of them " hay them".... I just don't get how you would use the term...and to be honest most the time I forgot there names...and I just said hello mate you OK...or words to that effect
