You could do all sorts if your just starting...hole body 3 time's a week if you wanted...2 exercises for large muscles a compound like squat and leg extension...or bench press and fly...overhead press and lat raise with dumbells..bent row and pull ups chins..then use the EZ bar and do curls and lieing triceps extension...3..4 sets for each exercise 10..15 reps

  6. As above I like push pull legs...pretty much what I do all the time....years ago I used to do ....Monday chest biceps..Tuesday quads hams...Wednesday off...Thursday back triceps..Friday shoulders calvs

Can say as I agree with your last sentence mC...latest studies I've read about suggest that keeping muscle on your skeleton is a pre curser to longevity...I'm not taking to a body builder size...but certainly athletic

  15. Mate some people get lucky...or other factors at work...look at my auntie 103 year old smoked all her life ...still does...and she's been vegetarian for about 30 years... Then look at her own daughter my cousin...dead at 62 ...very clean living vegetarian as well...didn't smoke not overweight etc...died of cancer

Just got to get over it mate...loads of youngsters in the gym stronger than me either with or without gear...its just a natural progression...I've got loads weaker than what I was...doesn't help my left shoulder is tucked...its that fecked I can't back squat at all...I can't hold the bar and get my head under it....so I front squat Better of just focusing on your overall heath mate...I still deep squat...right to the bottom..being able to hip hinge in that position as you age is a good thing
  22. Loads of guys I knew from the doors have passed some of them doing stack after stack...don't get me wrong some of them carried on partying far to long using recreational drugs as well
