Weider 32% bars mate . Guy at the gym recommend them I've seen some good results. He said to take these for 3 months then have a break then move onto something different can't remember what he said tbh. I'm only on them till i build back up to a decent strength briliant... -

agree with ray,,,i have always thought the lab coat to be about perfect,,if you could get a lurcher with one,,, most of mine have been smooth,,,,but i agree with northenlight about hill work,,,,that little smooth whippet cross thing of mine suffers on them hills in winter waiting for a bolt,,,not so bad lamping as your always on the go,,,but ferreting,,,she suffers,,,

IVE caught lots of em mate , this was my biggest ever. I caught him in a 330 double sping in a WOODEN box with snow shoe hare for bait. cats are really easy to trap which is why i dont believe they exist here.There so curios you can use visual lures to attract them .i used to use a birds wing on a piece of string Which works a treat. there easy to trap but hard to hunt without dogs cheers Dan good stuff,,and a nice pic,,,,,reading the thread over these last few weeks,,ive got more of an open mind,,,but then you read posts like this and it changes back,,,as well as mac's mate sending
