Stayed in Edinburgh last week at Premier Inn on the waterfront..Leith....it was a nice little area...there was a fish restaurant next door....that all the reviews said did the best fish and chips

Wonder if she's had the jab???? Also she has cancer as does her father in law....so here's a question....so one of the big pharma companies is bringing out a new cancer jab....can you join the dots?? Maybe I'm being to over the top here with conspiracy....but what better to have two royals promoting it.... Yeh I know its a bit out there...and I'm not convinced myself....but in this present climate I wouldn't put past them... Food for thought

Also thermal is better for spotting stuff then any nightvision....the amount of times I spot stuff with the thermal then look through the NV scope and can't see it...you wouldn't believe

Funny enough I just drove through high Wycombe and as traffic slowed at the lights on the pavement was an xl bully on the end of a lead muzzle on going nuts at some guy....it was a big f****r I was thinking if that gets hold of you ....your in a world of hurt

Honestly....very easy...lost 2 stone so far and unlike a calorie restricted diet I never get really hungry...and if I do I just eat I'm on my dinner break now eating slices of corn beef...chorizo and cheese I tend to eat just twice a day...lunchtime and teatime...even working out at the gym I don't loose energy ...got rid of IBS as well..and I'm sure my teeth are healthier as well
