Yes we do alot of work on MOD bases and you can't wear Rigger boots they are banned....not that I would as wilf says lase up far better...I'm in a pair of Dewalt at the mo...also got the Dewalt Prostrech trousers by far the most comfortable trousers I've worn for work

There's two kinds mate...there are proper traffic cops ....usually the transport police...and there's highways agency traffic officers there not police and have no real power....just there to assist cops with incidents...with regards to road safety

Just Google searched it...it says they can pull you over for unsecured loads etc...but they can't issue tickets or speeding fines or anything like that

I'm pretty sure they have no power to stop you.....they do have power to slop traffic when there's an incident further up the motorway....this is where they help the cops out.

I love this site...lol Only on here could you have ordinary chaps moaning about ordinary chaps going out to work and earning a living...and a living that's just over the min wage...just remember these guys are working in a dangerous environment helping copers with accidents etc....who cares if they drive round in a big safe motor

Exactly.....think about how long us humans have been eating animal fat....about 7 million years since the first humanoids.... Seed oils in margarine....about 100 years...no wonder people develop all sorts of health issues

Something downsouth just touched on... Eating this way stops you getting really hungry eating loads of animal protein and fat stops you craving food...its weird took me by surprise to be fair cos I would want to eat every 3 or 4 hours....that's gone now usually eat just twice a day ....I never thought I would be like that

Go on any keto channel and read the literally thousands of replys from people that have reversed type two through eating this way.....you don't need carbs or fibre in your diet for anything
