Yep got my leg from morrisons the other day £6 a kilo ....yet the bloody oxtail I got was 11 quid from the butchers...mind butchers in my next village in bingham is expensive...won't bother going there again

Got an oxtail soup on the go an all...bit of a faf and more expensive than I expected £11 a killo for the oxtail...a day marinating it....then 4 hours cooking it....then left overnight for it to cool and the fat settle on top...skimmed that off....now back on the hob..warming up...started it Friday...lol

I started keto carnivore last end July....last year...dropped 2 stone by Christmas....and it was easy... Thing to do is ...when you get hungry...just eat some meat and fat....cheese takes the edge off if you fancy something sweet

Funny ain't it how we become more concerned for our health as we get older...I bet when you were young working down the pit you just cracked on.... This job I do now we sometimes have to go in lofts and remove insulation...I won't even pop me head in now without my breathing gear on....at one time I would have just cracked on

Stayed in Edinburgh last week at Premier Inn on the waterfront..Leith....it was a nice little area...there was a fish restaurant next door....that all the reviews said did the best fish and chips
