  1. They say .22's a mans caliber and .177's for girls..... I mainly use .20 but I'm comfy with my lifestyle choice...!!
  2. It's Buttermilk!!!!!!!!!
  3. Are you useing the same mounts as your BSA scope? If you are and the adjustment was OK for that then it sounds like you've maybe got a duff scope, as has been said. Sometimes cheap mounts aren't too well made and can be out of line and the mounts on the 'Mountmaster' don't tend to be exactly top quality kit so maybe that may could your problem. Also try swapping the mounts around, take the front clamp and swap it with the back one. Be sure to keep the screws on the same side when trying this though, otherwise it'll make no difference Cheers.
  4. Smoke and fire springs to mind.....
  5. The ones they've been building in Spain for the past few years are sh*te, mate. Poor build and finish, crap triggers, 'twangy' as hell too. You'd be far better off looking for an older UK built Webley or pretty much anything German on the used market. Cheers
  6. Like I said ages ago, buy cheap, buy twice.....
  7. No worries, Ste. I've access to a lathe and barrel shortening used to be part of my job years back, so I do know how to do it correctly Honest.....
  8. If you'll stand the postage, I'll do the work for you for nothing. Just give me the specs.....
  9. I missed that one first time round. I'd love to see that i don't know how to do links so ive bumped it back up to the top. Nicely done, just read it. The bloke in the clip and the Spanish lady have got total respect from me. If anyone touched my kids I'd do the same
  10. I missed that one first time round. I'd love to see that
  11. I'm really glad you had a great time, fellas I'm just gutted I couldn't make it down. Some folks who owed me money all let me down at the last minute. TWATS!!!!!! It's great being your own boss. Yeah, right...... Hope to see you all next time. Cheers
  12. We've had a few complaints about you and your daft fu5king talk.Anymore sh7t off you and its goodbye...... Having an opinion is one thing, but those that come on here to stir up trouble won't last..... Good Every single time this prick see's a chance to stick the boot in about anything like this he's straight in there like a rat up a drain. No feckin' need
  13. Yup, there's me knocking one out too......... Cash can be a right cnut, can't it..........?? Have a good one, fellas
  14. their own messenger Ta!! I still think of texting as a new thing.... Must be my age
  15. Mate, I feel for you I really do, that's disgusting. I'm not forces but I've a fair few mate's who are or ex. I'm looking forward to seeing my mate Gary who's about to finish his tour of Afgan soon. Some of the stories he tells makes my toes turn and most folks, like that stupid, ignorant feckwit, have no clue, no idea and no respect. Rise above it, mate, folks like that don't deserve a second thought.... Take care, shoot well and stay safe. Cheers.
  16. I'd go for that, Shepp, I'd love to try Super Fields in .20. I don't really think that's the case, Bob. If you take Sheridan out of the picture, it's only really Walther and Anchutz who supply .20 barrels to the main manufacturers these days.... Cheers.
  17. They worked very well in my old AA410 too, Mike but I think for the price the bloke's quoteing, he's asking about the steel core/Nylon skirt pellets that I've never heard of working well in any airgun. Could be wrong though....
  18. No. Stick to a good quality dome head, mate. Try a selection from the established makers such as RWS, H and N, Crossman, Bisley, JSB and the likes and see what groups best from your own gun Cheers and welcome to the forum.
  19. I've used HW mods on PCPs and have been more than very happy with them. That said, I was shooting with a mate a couple of weeks back who had a Twink on his R10 and I couldn't believe how quiet it was, cracking bit of kit Cheers.
  20. Simon and me should be OK for this but as always, it'll be a bit last minute thing for me. I'm owed a few quid and if it turns up as promised, I'll be OK. Chris (Pipa) may well be joining us too but is waiting to see what work commitments he has so that'll be last minute too.... Really sorry to be so vague, fellas but that's how it is right now....... Hope to see you all then Cheers.....
  21. Stubby, like myself and most of the other folks on here Si's not a profesional pest controler unlike yourself We shoot mostly for sport and if that means helping the landowner with a bit of a bunny or whatever problem then surely that's fair enough, ain't it?? We shoot for free and if the owner wanted a 'pro' to eradicate the problem, they're going to have to put their hand in their pocket and employ someone like yourself.... Si's shooting for the pot and is also looking to keep his chosen sport for the future. There's less bunnies wrecking the owner's land so what's the problem??
  22. jiz mag yes,man with both eyes shut pulling the trigger on a 12 bore, think il give that a miss for now but yes see where your coming from use a jiz mag.....and you'll see where HE'S coming from !!!!!!
