    The strangest thing i ever found in a dog run was a 24 inch Wakizashi samurai sword !! I used to keep a few dogs in the yard of a pub in South London years ago and can only presume being the rough area it was somebody probably on their toes from plod during the night had lobbed it over the wall.

    Beyond going in for a natter i havent trained in a public gym for a few years now as ive got a nice little lot of equipment at home but for proper gym junkies like i used to be all this must be gut wrenching i used to hate missing days it would grate on me...im hearing all mad stories about arguments over hygiene and masks,strange opening hours etc....as an industry i cant see how smaller gyms are going to survive with no government help so like everything else you are heading towards the multinationals and big chains....Pure Gym in the short space of 10 years are about to open their 300th gym

    There was a time when even criminals had a bit more about them than todays turn out of gutless spoilt little shits.....when your door go's through in the early hours thats it the games up.....if you are at it then the police are your competition dont be throwing tantrums like petulant children when you lose to them.....it doesnt seem like theres any pride left in people anymore regardless what level of society.

    Im completely down the middle with it all....i was 80/20 against the idea of big cats in the Uk until i spent some time a few years ago with an old boy who was totally convinced....it was a very boring time of life so i was probably happy to listen to any old shit but over time he just made so much sense,i remembered the topics on here and got in touch with Greyman about it and he took the time to explain his findings and what he knew but never tried to convince me one way or the other and i respected that.....if im honest it was partly what prompted me to get a little countryside companion do

    You could get some 2 x 2 timbers as posts and butt the panels up to them so that no wood is exposed on the inside.....i did something similar about 30 years ago as i cant weld for toffee either !

    I was thinking of the 10 guage stuff you use for kennel runs 6 x 2 mostly aint it....its already welded to the frame so just drill the frames together......nuts and bolts got to be easier than all that welding caper surely.

    Havent seen Lloyd since Gary Masons funeral he looked a state then....always sad to see a world champion athlete not looking after himself but he was his own man.     Years ago i went over to Holland to watch a lad i knew fight on a Vale Tudo show and the main fight was Valentine Overeem i wasnt even aware about Alistair......Valentine was a proper handful himself and won his fight easily i thought he,d go a long way but didnt hear much of him after that.....what a monstrous pair of brothers to run into ! What about Crocop surely he would be up there with the greats no ?

    I heard good things about him from someone who,s opinions i value and have since seen a couple of his spars and for a big chap he,s a good athlete with a solid base....very rough round the edges but now has good people around him and has every chance so we,ll see.
