There was a time when journo's were second only behind ol bill for corruption and back handers they used to go to serious lengths for their story....90% of their work was their own findings whereas today proper ear to the ground generating news has been replaced by knuckle under type of conformity.

Im certainly no father figure mate,just a promise to a great friend thats all .....and being as he reminds me so much of his father i love the lads company simple as that. The lad i was on about is a Ryanair technician i was just on about him to someone in a pm funny enough,his father was a close friend of mine who died and i kind of took him under my wing a bit and wanted to get him into a decent career and he,s done really well for himself got all the qualifications he needed and like i say is now venturing into the AAIB side of things but everything he's ever told me suggests the opposite mate....literally sheets upon sheets of checklists and paperwork involved,apparently in many accidents its the paper trails rather than the actual engineering that leads to

IF id been born with brains instead of brawn and IF i wasnt money orientated and IF i could of hacked a 9 to 5 lifestyle......id quite like to have got into the aviation industry,preferably something to do with crash investigation..... ive been down to the Air Accidents Investigation Branch of the Department for Transport a few times with a young lad i know in that game just for a mooch about it absolutely fascinates me i could of really got my nut into all that.....still such is life its all if's but's and maybe's.

Like all these places its only the people thats really changed,well not even " changed "......." replaced " would be a more precise term.. Cricklewood,Neasden,Willseden,Kilburn was full of Irish in the 80,s they had some good little communities going.....but like the rest of us they've been replaced by Somalians now !

I took that story to mean that we ( humans ) subconsciously steer clear of such danger ( big cats )........hence possible lack of sightings. Or maybe im reading too much into it.

The strangest thing i ever found in a dog run was a 24 inch Wakizashi samurai sword !! I used to keep a few dogs in the yard of a pub in South London years ago and can only presume being the rough area it was somebody probably on their toes from plod during the night had lobbed it over the wall.

Beyond going in for a natter i havent trained in a public gym for a few years now as ive got a nice little lot of equipment at home but for proper gym junkies like i used to be all this must be gut wrenching i used to hate missing days it would grate on me...im hearing all mad stories about arguments over hygiene and masks,strange opening hours etc....as an industry i cant see how smaller gyms are going to survive with no government help so like everything else you are heading towards the multinationals and big chains....Pure Gym in the short space of 10 years are about to open their 300th gym

Im completely down the middle with it all....i was 80/20 against the idea of big cats in the Uk until i spent some time a few years ago with an old boy who was totally convinced....it was a very boring time of life so i was probably happy to listen to any old shit but over time he just made so much sense,i remembered the topics on here and got in touch with Greyman about it and he took the time to explain his findings and what he knew but never tried to convince me one way or the other and i respected that.....if im honest it was partly what prompted me to get a little countryside companion do
