Without wishing to be critical mate it doesnt sound like your training is particularly balanced ?...you're always going to lose gains targetting areas specifically without chemical assistance we just dont have the energy to train the whole body like that...a lot of people dont even train calves or forearms due to the amount of stress they are put through with other movements....i know you only started lifting a short time ago i wouldnt be training calves specifically yet if you are looking for a balanced physique....but if you're not and you enjoy training them f**k it carry on ?

That was my basic logic but like i say nothing obvious ive had my eye out all day today as it was literally outside the gates but im going to have a look around at the same time tonight....i didnt realise animals are so comfortable in such close proximity to each other like that unless i suppose like you say they had been spooked by something....apart from a golf course in the distance its all forest so if its human hopefully its them thats the target and not me ?

Dont be put off by weirdos who hold people in such high regard they actually think other men arse lick them mate its schoolboy behaviour. Admittedly its not something ive come across much ? but i guess it depends on your goals....very rarely are people so genetically gifted in only one area that it disrupts the balance of a physique but yes everyone will shine in certain areas and if you are growing too quick in one area adjust your training likewise....im probably unbalanced at the moment myself im very top heavy as i do very little leg work anymore as my goals away from arm wrestling ar

My gaff is in a quiet country lane so its not unusual to see wildlife up and down the lane but last night i pulled up with the dog in the motor at about midnight to see 2 Muntjac,3 Roe,a badger and a fox all within about 20 feet of each other all just stood looking at my car even when i got out....i let the dog out and he flew around like a lunatic and they all scarpered.....i half expected them to pull shooters on me its like id just interrupted a drug deal or something.....i had a good look round and theres nothing laying about so what the f**k can that all of been about its been bugging me

No....i dont judge races of people by the individual i judge races of people by the group.......and until blacks learn to live without the white man it will never be a level playing field.
