  2. I went to watch the rugby last weekend and sky had blocked the usual site I used, it took me about a minute on google to find another. As the article states there will always be a way around the blocking. TC
  3. Try this one, same page in English. https://translate.google.co.uk/translate?sl=de&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.egun.de%2Fmarket%2Flist_items.php%3FPHPSESSID%3D4e26e6dd2269206df9dd1b32f6ce65af%26mode%3Dqry%26plusdescr%3Doff%26wheremode%3Dand%26query%3Dkastenfall%26quick%3D1&edit-text= TC
  4. When I started on the internet forums I could not construct a sentence yet alone punctuate one. When I seen posts that were well constructed and spelt correctly, I wanted to be like them. My spelling is still bad but no where near as bad as it was, so I use a spell checker. I cannot understand any person who does not want to better themselves. I don't really mind the spelling, but no punctuation and no matter how good the story is, I just hit the back button. It is so difficult to read that you lose the point of the writing anyway. There is one chap on here and every word starts with a ca
  5. Understatement of the year!!! LMFAO TC
  6. I had mine done under local, no problems. A bit sore after but that was it. A couple of days later I was back to normal. TC
  7. So where do the pups get the antibodies that they need from? TC
  8. I think the problem is that we are losing our senses. Maybe calling them ghosts is just a convenient form of labelling for a brief hint of a sensory ability that along with many others are being lost to a reliance on technology ,conformist teaching and mental numbness. How many people-especially hunters-have acted on an immeasurable and untestable "sixth-sense" and profited? How many others have ignored it and thought "Bollxcks. I should have followed the funny feeling"? As a fisherman I would sometimes get a sense / a hunch of where the fish would be on any given day. I always thought it
  9. When Britain joined the EU under Ted the Teeth back in the 1970's. It was for the common agricultural policy and that was it. The idea was sold as cheaper food for Britain. For example we were not told that the EU law would be binding in Britain, or that the EU would tell us how much car tax we would pay. Nor were we told that they could make us pay more if the countries production went up. The sooner we are out the better. TC
  10. Do I believe in ghosts? Nah. Do I believe that there are other senses (yet to be discovered and tested) other than the ones we used on a day to day basis? Yes. As the sceptics have pointed out the brain is a very powerful organ, and I do not think that we actually know how powerful it can be yet. TC
  11. So he had been drinking in the park when he had care of his child. Is of no fixed abode, A real role model. TC

  13. I have said it before, and will say it again. The respect for their prey that continental hunters have is to be admired. It seems to me that it is as if the beast has given it's life so that the hunter can eat. The hunters recognise this and pay tribute to the beast for doing so. I love it total respect for their quarry. TC
  14. What a cracking final for the Pro12 this evening. A well deserved win for Glasgow and boy did they do it in style. :clapper: TC
  15. Been a house husband for a quite a few years, me thinks your in for a rude awakening, especially as you have young ones. The washing alone will tire you out not forgetting the shopping and then just when your in the middle of the hovering the baby needs changing, then the school phones and you have to go down there. One thing I will promise you, you will be glad to see bed time for them and you. Good luck. TC
  16. I am just wondering how many of those small nest actually come to fruition? I still have one in the shed from a couple of years ago. Before that there were two more that when I actually spotted them they were empty. Does she make a few, or have I just been lucky? TC
  17. Get the family allowance paid into your name, that way you do not have to pay NI contributions as hers will cover you. the same as she was covered when you were working. TC
  18. Its a very fine line that needs to be drawn. I totally agree with your post, the impact of pleasure anglers on any fish stock is surely minimal by comparison to the impact of commercial fishing. I would have thought a bag limit might be more appropriate than a total ban? Although likely unenforceable. Unfortunately our fishing industry in general is in need of total reform, and no knee jerk quotas that big business can dodge while small, inshore fishermen are left with the sting. The coastal under 10M fleet has been hit so hard by quota and law aimed at larger vessels. It used to reall
  19. While the nursery areas need to be protected, more needs to be done about the pair trawlers in the spring. One pair of trawlers take in one trip more than the all the pleasure anglers put together in a year. Bass needs to be made a pressure stock fish. They can then cap what each boat takes, as it is a non pressure stock fish at the moment, they can take what they like landing of 10 ton of bass per pair of trawlers is common in the spring as the bass are migrating from the 10 degree thermocline on the S W approaches where they over winter. These are prime spawning fish that do not get
