We didn't take him out the coffin but me and a few old friends picked a old hippy traveller friend up from the funeral directors and took him for a few spliffs and a beer or two before taking him really late to his own funeral ,had a drive round Salisbury city centre and he'd have laughed at the looks we were getting....

I know it's a bit longer than 50 years but after the war metal wasn't in short demand as such but other things were and a old scrap yard owner in Kenilworth was a wood merchant and he bought a load of spitfire engines for the packing crates and just chucked the engines down the back of the yard, years went by and wood became more obtainable as such and as wood merchants they were struggling but metal prices had gone up and they weighed in the engines and made enough money to buy a weigh bridge and start a scrap yard...That was a fecking long winded way of saying maybe some metals were in a che

  14. A fella i know once when i lived on hippy sites was messing about making some black powder one day on the bottom deck of my double decker bus,the down stairs was a work shop with benches and a general tool space while i lived upstairs.A few of us were sat about the fire outside when a god almighty boom went off from the inside of my bus and smoke was coming out all the open windows and you couldn't see inside it,we ran to the door and met my pal coming out in a right state of sootyness and the first words he said were "i think i might have it sussed now". ..

My old dad was a fire chief on air bases and ended up a DO at Boscome Down and finally at Farnbourgh,we as kids spent most weekends during the display season out with him watching the shows from sat in the fire tenders with the crew(if any thing like that could happen these days, lol). 21. There's a fare sized bit of forestry and moorland down around that way and a feck of a lot of deer of all sorts as well so signs of sign might be missed ,i'm down that way a lot during the summer as i pass through woodbridge when launching my boat and my hunting/fishing pal is a local lad who knows all the big land owners in the area and he's not heard anything as such but who knows if there about or it's just escaped pigs as the land is very light and a huge amount of pigs are field reared around the area..
  22. It's general knowledge in the plummer world as such on the make up of the plummer terrier like i said it makes no odds to me and i have no opinion about it being added, what i will say is if a terrier needs bone adding to it as such then get a big boned dog of the same type and go down that route..
  23. “The thing about a proper bull is it's pure and you can sort of know what your going to get by adding it bone and body wise and it being pure as such you can breed it back out” Just wondering how you arrived at that statement Steve ,no trick question . I just quoted what has been/was said as to why the bull was ever added to the plummer terriers make up,no trick answer Timmy..
  24. It is when your trying to bitch dig someone out fuckwit , opps sorry i meant Timmy.....
