    My old plummer bitch caught rats,rabbits a few hares ,squirrels,partridges and pheasants and a drunk on crab apples roe buck during her life,oh and a stoat..The roe buck was lying down under a crab apple tree and didn't even get to stand up before the plummer grabbed it and the other two russells joined in,i had it dealt with before the dumb ass lurcher who'd run past it could turn round and also join in..When i gutted it it was busting with crab apples so i recon it was pissed on them as it didn't move to fast but was healthy enough inside and out when i emptied it...

    Simon a bloke in the woods,is deffo a thing to look up on you tube.He'll put you right on many ways to camp out,cook your own food and generaly look after yourself while enjoying yourself doing it rather than struggling along...

    I love each and every one of the chaps who leave more on the ground for me to find underground.... As a side note i have dug more than one fox that had been shot before and one poor fox was missing the top half of it's shoulders and i smelt the rot before i even broke through to it,one of the worse sights i have ever seen on any living animal...

    Do you know how the cub was killed as there are many ways for young un's to perish out there mate,as it goes the worse folk i personaly know for just killing stuff for the sake of it are shooters.All year round and the only time they touch the soil is to put out a caller and pick dead stuff up,the rest is spent in a motor and some of the time i think the anti's do have a point ffs...

    All my digging is on shooting estates and if the keepers want cubs removing which they all do then unless i want to loose my permission i deal with them,a pissy job and one i hate but this year two cubs went to a fella who keeps BOP,s who had the space to rear them instead of them getting shot and there doing fine after a few months of captivity. Never met a gamekeeper yet who'd leave a litter grow up on his estate and be happy with the loss of game etc...

    A Game keeper pal of mine where i do some terrier work has two sausage dogs,both under a year old and one is as much a ratter as any of the other terriers we went out last week or so with,it's only down fall as such is it gets pushed out the way by the other terriers when it marks a hole..

    It's not the caring bit it's the rightous dickhead carp boys who will put down every other fecker and yet there the worse for never giving the fish a break, ffs half the big carp have names there caught so fecking often and for what i pic with some scales showing it was 3 oz's bigger than it was yesterday. But it's ok as we got a unhooking matt and a bag to keep it in over night so we get a better day light pic,sorry mate not my cup of tea at all....

    Carp care,yeah right,no closed seasons on most commercial carp lakes and folk fishing for them every day all for the £'s and lb's. Baits need to be rhubarb and custard flavoured bullshit and weights need to look like pebbles due to how much pressure the fish have taken 24/7 365 days a year and they moan you ain't got a quilted silk lined unhooking matt..

    I use a Abu Cardinal,cost me around £60 a couple of years ago and has brought in hundreds of bass without a single issue and i don't really look after my gear,chuck it in te boot till next time sort of thing and i do need another reel to match with a new heavier spinning rod i just bought and i think i'll be getting another..

    He's 28 and i kept away from him during my dark days as i had feck all to offer or give him as such,it's taken a lot for him to let me back into his life and a chance i will not blow. We had a wonderful day yesterdat just sitting about catching up and watching him teaching his youngest brother to strum on a guitar was a simple thing but truely one of the biggest moments in my life,thanks for the kind words and glad it's working out for you to ...

    I opened the door as the delivery man was late to have a moan at him, the "Hello Dad" sure took the wind out my sail's ,i then just cried for ten mins and wouldn't let him go mate...

    I had shit to get done today and when my misses told me i had to stay in for a delivery this morning i was a bit miffed as i got loads to get on with, the knock at the door was not a delivery man but my eldest son who i ain't seen for ten years.......
