Check on that law mate as with taking certain wild birds it's the only time in british law you have to prove your own innocence, every other crime(even murder) they have to prove you guilty but just having a wild bird for what ever reason your guilty end of

She's probably lucky she ain't a runner mate I think.shes enjoying the couch now. She gets out don't worry about that or the time she spends on the couch, which is zero seeing as she lives outside. I mean this terrier bitch her fireman.she is lucky she ain't a runner I didn't word it the best.what difference have you noticed with your bitch is she more aching sore after a few runs ? sorry mate,it's been a long day ,my bitches knuckle was swelling up and she had to have 3 months in a cage, but she's slowly comming back and i won't be pushing her come the season.Well saying that she's a

My lurcher bitch spent most of last season laid up with a over stretched ligament and my vet said a clean break would have been better for her as once healed that's sort of it but this ligament damage is here for life and will bring an early end to her field life.Good luck with the wee thing King and hope it comes good for you ..

Nice one cantona and the best of luck mate,i was feeding my lot today and was just changing a few nest pans about and went to move one that has a rope lining in it but no nest and found 2 redpoll eggs sitting in the bottom of it,i've put some nesting stuff under it so they won't get broke and if she carries on laying in there i'll make a proper nest for them, just to add and maybe will help someone in the future but if you have ever to make a nest do it around a light bulb and its just about the right shape and size for most finches ..

That is a wild hop and they do grow real fast,i have a few of them in and around my aviaries as they pull in a lot of insects and keep growing even if/when the birds hammer them..

Mk 4's are banned for use on stoats and for rabbits you want a mk6..

If it's easy i'd catch him up and keep him away from her each day until she's laid and you've swopped it for a dummy one, then let him back in to her until the evening then catch him up again but if not then let him in for a day then away with him until she's hatched as a hen will sort of store sperm inside her and use a bit for each egg as such so he don't need to really tread her every day.She may lay up to 7 but 4 or 5 is usual for a goldie so you should get a couple more from her and i would still let her rear it as one chick is better than nothing and god forbid it might be your only chick

I could get you a muntjac or a roe to pop at with a muzzle loader in south Norfolk if you want?,we have a full muzzle loader day on the shoot each year so big bangs and lots of smoke ain't a problem here

First question is why would you want to catch a live rat in a net then try to get the fecker out? ,if you want to catch a rat get a dog or if you want one alive get a trap but nets and live rats just mean bitten hands and a tangle of pissed off rat and string...

I spoke to soon on my chaffie egg and found it broke on the floor today ,i have put a dummy in anyway to try to hold the hen laying in the same nest type thing and i'll check tomorrow morning if she's laid another and swap it out until she sits hard. It's one bird i haven't ever bred yet and it's killing me but hey ho and keep trying as they say,but a canary can't really rear a chaffie chick as chaffie chicks need live food and canaries don't usualy take it so let the canary brood it and hatch it off but then your'll have to rear it or at least feed it yourself .I had some irish hens i mul

No and i've only ever caught them in the evening but then that's when i go fishing for them but i'm a heathen and fish for them with a worm and float and not the proper way with a fly .. .

It will be the goldie cock mate and get him seperated until she's laid and then put him back in as he'll be at them every chance he can, they can be proper buggers for it..
