Very fond of my In laws, they are thoroughly decent people, even if my wife and i had not married, i would of liked them. Reading some of the comments on here makes me realise i'm lucky. Cheers. Aled

Last of the Little Gem lettuce, very tasty. -
Used to go every year, although i was more into the fishing and shooting side of it saved money to go as i would spend a fortune on army surplus kit, and fly tying stuff. One memory i have is arriving early on the Sunday morning before 9am, and seeing a chap wash his lurcher whilst also drinking a can of lager! Cheers. Aled

I would rather of known this 40 years ago! Well done you mate.

Cracking looking border terriers guys. A mate of mine had a lovely pair that in true country fashion did a bit of everything including retrieving shot ducks from ponds. Cheers. Aled

Done a cold plunge pool, and it does feel good after coming out. It could have its benefits, if we have swollen knees or heavy bruising we use ice packs to reduce swelling.

I got a Ron Thomson one from Gary Evans for £20 last year. If you'd asked a few weeks ago i had a couple i was trying to get rid of, rescued from a skip.

Smash was a bit of a staple back in my student/bachelor days, not a patch on proper mash though! Anyway good news the water came on at 3am this morning, woke the whole house up as the cisterns were filling up! So veg patch and plastic growing house has had a totally soaking early this morning.
