They are excessive prices but to keep your trusty companion alive it's worth it IMO, had lurcher ripped from chest to just between back legs off barbed wire...that was about £350, had the same dog poisoned by 'Stricline'(Spelling?) that the farmer had left out for poachers, dog was fitting and foaming at the mouth, carried him all the way home on my shoulders, got him to the vets just in time. They kept him 3 nights and said he was lucky to make it...that was £390. Had a young terrier in that wouldn't eat and looked swollen, had him in, said he had a blockage, they kept him in and drained away

Good quality and service, onto my 3 rd and 4 th season with two different sets of couplings and no sign of weakening or stitching coming loose, top notch.

I'm no David Bailey by any stretch but managed to get these decent shots while on my hols. Seen these two Pelicans on rocks off the beach so got as close as I could... As I got closer one got spooked and flew away but this one didn't seem phased by me at all... And closer... And closer... Until he gave me a smile... Couple more pics...

He was about 13-131/2", quite solidly built, a good little stamp. Lost him to ground in January.

A lot of dogs going missing all over the country, and they are never seen again. Either they're very good at hiding them or a lot of people are turning a blind eye and keeping their mouths shut. I'm not too far from you i'll keep eyes and ears open this way...

If the wounds scab up straight away I always pick them off and squeeze the wound to get any puss out. Moo and Skycat have given sound advice.

Good reply there, and got a lot off your chest by the sound of it. lol. I think the 'always walk away leaving them wanting more' is the best part to entering,it has worked with the young dogs I've introduced to work. of course it has to be in them to 'want more' though. -
There is a few good young lads bang into terrierwork, myself included. IMO it's about having your head screwed on and willing to ask and listen for advice from the older lads...
