I’m more on the side of not having pictures but It is nice to look back on so I’m bit more careful of what I take. But there’s lads on my Facebook and instagram are more than happy to post the courses and the kills with themselves holding dead hares and I can’t understand how they don’t worry about a knock at all? I presume you have to be caught red handed to get any trouble and they’re not looking on any social media until after you’re caught?

Thanks Bird. Yeah I can’t be doing with the pulling he pull me arms off first 10 mins he usually miss the first rabbit because he steams in too fast too keen. Usually spot on after that but perfect if I can give him a good run to settle him down a bit. He’s 3 early next year and he’s a bedlington lurcher. Works out about 1/2 grey, 3/8 terrier beddy with drop lakey mix and 1/8th whippet and about 24inch.

Out for an hour last night. Not much about at all maybe some fireworks from Halloween I wasn’t aware of scared most things inside normally teeming with rabbits. In the end managed to run 2 rabbits and killed one. First time out on the lamp this season and as usual when we first start he’s pulling at the slip far too eager and it’s fkn annoying so first thing give him 150 yard slip on long ears and a minute and half later after going over a brow he comes back empty handed hed of nailed it if stayed in the beam… he’s switch on then after a good run and can lamp him off the slip and stay by my

If you want a good knockabout lurcher for lamping, ferreting and mooching and your main quarry is rabbit and you like the odd spin on Hare and you also put the odd fox up i think the beddy lurchers are great, something like a grey over a beddywhip. 1/2 grey 1/4 beddy 1/4 whip. Thats along the lines of mine and my interests and hes great fun. But that quater beddy could be bull or collie and i expect youd be just as happy, i just like the beddy for the coat etc. Just my opinions.

Is this a knocked up toe and can the vet put it right? He badly cut inside his pad in glass and took a month or so to heal properly, this toes been like this since same foot. He shows no pain when I touch or Squeaze it at all and no signs of pain or change in how he runs or limping at all and it’s only obvious because the nail sticks out when he’s stood, knuckle seems a bit lower and when he sits it’s very obvious. Booked in the vets end of the week. Never seen this before myself.

theres no windows in the thing to even see the wreckage when they got to it, theyd be seeing it thru a tv screen on board. So pointless!
