  1. Yeah I count meself lucky I’m ready for another now but it be next year I think. Drove up your way thru the borders Saturday on the scenic route from Moffat to Edinburgh plenty of rabbit and a couple hare but was disappointed not to spot any deer at all
  2. Cheers mate when I come on here he was 10 or 11 month old you lot told me get him out and we blanked two nights and then 3rd night managed 2 and it all seemed to click. He be 5 year old this time
  3. Mine bred out of similar beddie stuff from around Barnsley. Been a good rabbiting dog, 24” he can give me a good spin on other stuff
  4. round me middle cheshire area theres either quite a few in their little area or none at all where they always were. Perhaps certain colonies adapted better to the diseases. when i see rabbits now and im just as pleased as when i see a hare because theyve really struggled very locally!

  7. seen couple dead roe on the M6 near exits for haydock didnt realise they were round there, surprisingly still no deer near me mid/south cheshire

  10. The video stutters and overlaps making the cat look bigger, to me it’s just a fluffy large house cat. I’m on the group on Facebook and the fella who posted it was so vocal made it seem a bit underhand and the way the cat disappears into the skip that’s not empty doesn’t seem right if it was a big cat. Im on the team of thinking and hoping there could be big cats in Britain and I believe people’s encounters but I don’t think this is one.

  14. Genuine question so save your laughing face reactions if it’s daft please. how would say a very good fit collie grey fare against a hare and ground like this? If over the months it run 20 very similar land and hare how many would you expect it to take? Say a 3/4 grey?? Hares not my game at all. I’ve run a handful on small ground and most get away

  18. No idea if they’re original but I’ve had these in storage for a few years they were my dads, they’re going up soon. Bottom right is my favourite. glad i kept them.

  21. He’s brilliant thank you. Learnt a lot off this forum some good men amongst it. He’s No world beater but a good knock about dog has had a go at everything and done alright.
